When i checked in after 2pm, the house was not ready or cleaned. The beds were messy, bed linen not changed, and dirty bath towels on the floor. The host agreed to reimbursing me for one night but failed too. The host ignored my messages. I have contacted stayz many times and they have failed to come to an conclusion. I will never use stayz again, pathetic.

Nice and cozy

Beautiful 2 bedroom house with all the amenities. Close to shops made it very good as we had small kids and got the essentials in an ease. Great communication from the property manager. Thanks.
