About this property
Little Gem - located at Rosebud
Two bedroom beach house located approximately 800m from all the attractions Rosebud has to offer.
Park the car in the driveway and leave it there for your stay, everything you need is all a short walk away.
The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably with the main bedroom containing a queen size bed, and second bedroom containing a double bed and a bunk bed.
There is a chaise sofa bed in the lounge room if necessary, but the home is only a two bedroom one bathroom place, meaning six adults is the desired maximum amount of guests to ensure a comfortable stay.
The lounge itself contains a 32 inch LCD tv and blue ray/dvd player with a split system for cooling and heating.
The rear yard is fully enclosed and really big with plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. There is a great bbq and an outdoor setting for sitting outside and relaxing.
The kitchen has everything you need to cater for yourself including all utensils, a microwave, gas oven, toaster and kettle.
With a Safeway, cinemas, pub, and shopping strip all in very close proximity, you'll find it hard to find a better location in Rosebud.
Please bring your own linen and towels.
