Everything worked out well with no surprises during our stay. Home was clean and as represented in the photos. Proximity to OCC is great and an easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. House is in an interesting and somewhat eclectic neighborhood which is cool and has some interesting history as well. Would stay here again! Thanks

Overall outstanding home. We are a senior couple who stayed 4 nights. The house is a complete home. We appreciated the warm furnace, the comfortable furniture, the hot shower and the walkable neighborhood. Little touches were nice- an umbrella, nightlights, lighted closet, extra towels & blankets. It was also a quiet & safe location. The bath was adequate for one person at a time; the door needed the doorstop (provided). The bed we used was a little creaky, but the bedding was super-comfy.We felt it was a nice home away from home.

This was the best Vrbo that my husband and I have ever stayed at. The owners thought of everything an out of town renter would need for a short stay. The house was comfortable and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It is very walkable to town with great restaurants, shops and bars. It is also a very short drive to all the locations - Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods and other towns to explore like Manitou Springs. The house had everything we needed and we loved hanging out with our dogs in the fenced in yard. We were all very comfortable here and I would stay here again the next time we visit this area.

Great property in Old Colorado City. Easily walkable to the main shopping/entertainment/dining district. Property was clean and exactly as described. Off street parking was a huge benefit. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early which permitted us to enjoy the area after unpacking.

Clean, wonderful place

This updated house had everything we needed in it. The house was clean and cozy. Check in and out was easy and John and Beth helped answer questions we had about nearby grocery stores and restaurants. So close to all the places we wanted to visit! Would totally stay here again!

This house is located near many of the areas attractions - Pikes Peak, Manitou Cliff Dwellers, and Garden of the Gods, to name a few. Nice older home, but only one bathroom. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Thanks for accommodating us

I really appreciate the managers being able to accommodate the early arrival of my best friend prior to my arrival. The quiet neighborhood and closeness to Old Colorado City made for a great walk. I spent several hours over the few days I was there, hanging out on the porch.
