The master offers a queen-sized adjustable massage bed and opens directly to the patio. It includes a well-presented ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also benefits from a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has two bunk beds, the first one has a double on the bottom and a single above, while the second one has a single on the bottom and a single size on top, perfect for five people. Ascend up the stairs to the loft, which opens onto a superb balcony framing vista across the coast. There are two double size sofa beds and an additional folding bed is also available.

This home is best suited for families and quiet getaways. Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the stay. The property is not suitable for unsupervised group bookings, parties, or school-leaver celebrations, in line with house rules and neighbourhood requirements

Pets are allowed. However, property is not fenced. $120 Pet Fee applies.

Balcony Notice:
The balcony carpet may have minor lifting or wear along the edges due to general use and occasional bird activity (cockatoos may pick at loose fibres). This does not affect safety, however we recommend light use of the area while maintenance is being arranged.
