Imagine if you could design a coastal vacation rental…what would you include? Private pool, walking distance to the beach, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for an entire family’s reunion? How about on-trend design choices like leathered granite counters, stainless steel appliances, custom tile work and white cabinetry? Well, we warmly welcome you to Coastal Cove, a beach vacation home specifically designed for large parties who also enjoy living life ‘upgraded’.

Each of the three floors features balconies, kitchens and/or wet bars, king size beds in 7 rooms, a bunk room with built in bunks and floating flat screen TVs. Amazing extras like two full-size laundry rooms, a luxury Primary suite on the third floor and a private pool and grill deck add to Coastal Cove’s high-end hideaway appeal.

Not only is this home swathed in joyful shades of coastal blues that immediately calm the soul, it's also nearby to many other attractions that are sure to enlighten the spirit. Golf courses, grocery stores, outdoor malls and beach shops are within a mile's radius. However, considering Coastal Cove’s proximity to the white sands of Destin’s beaches, you may be as happy as a clam in a hidden cove who spends its days on the beach and nights sleeping comfortably in a peaceful retreat.

This house sleeps a maximum of 18 guests.

**This house is located next door to our Rolling Tides house, perfect for large family vacations!

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This property comes with 7 parking spaces.

There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee per day upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
