We all enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was more than adequate. Comfortable, clean, and easy to locate. A hike around the neighborhood was very nice. Property manager, Tim, was very accommodating and communicated well with me.

Amazing windows and views!!!
We stayed 2 nights and it was wonderful!! Very new and clean. The management company EVOLVE was amazing too. We saw 8 elk one day and overall very peace full. We would highly recommend this property. My only complaint is we should have stayed longer.
This is a beautiful house in a lovely setting. There is an expansive deck with a grill and with a fantastic view. The indoor community space is large. The three bathrooms worked well for privacy for our adult group. We would definitely stay here again! They need wine glasses!
These pictures do not do this property justice. Everything went perfect! The owners were very kind and made this process super easy. Highly recommend and will be making this an annual destination spot.
Wow!! We loved this house!! We saw elk from the porch!!
The house itself is new and very clean and the views from inside or outside of the house are awesome. My only complaint is that we only stayed 2 nights - we would have loved to stay more. We highly recommend this place to get some rest and relaxation, hiking etc.
It was a nice place and a beautiful view. We would definately stay again.Need to add more towels and silverware. Only 8 forks for 7 people meant we constantly had to do dishes and only 7 handtowels, there needed to be towels to dry our hands in addition to the ones we used after bathing.
I actually spent very little time in the home as I was overseeing a camp for young women age 12-18 from 6am to 9pm. The home is as advertised in a nice neighborhood. It’s surrounded by pine trees with abundant wildlife. The home and neighborhood are fairly new and very quiet. I am confident that you will find this property an excellent place to spend some time.
The property was nice but needed some maintenance issues fixed. Mostly sticky doors. stove top light was out and fridge door ice maker was non functioning. Basically was a enjoyable stay.
Me and hubby along with a visiting family member stayed a few nights in this gorgeous home.
Clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed items to prepare our yummies.
Beds were wonderful, baths excellent. Love the area, we come up often from Peoria AZ.
Highly recommend this place for couples, family’s, friends reunion.
Dog friendly too. Lots of space for all.
If you hear some rummaging about at night.. do not worry, just a lil local wild life checking if the trash cans have been securely closed:)
The views are incredible!
My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. It's in a neighborhood so not much room between houses but it's a quiet neighborhood.
House was excellent, enough room for all of us (4 people). House has most kitchen tools available. We did notice there wasn't a set of kitchen knives (like a chef knife) which made prepping dinner a little difficult but we made it work. Everything else though was very nice, very comfortable.
Tim was also very quick to respond to any questions that came up. Looking forward to the next time!

Beautiful home!
This home is beautiful with some amazing windows to look at the mountains. The beds are very comfortable. The only thing I would highly recommend is more towels in the bathrooms. Some kind of tupperware or ziplock bags in the kitchen. Also your sliding door is still not locking (as I previously saw in other reviews). Ice machine is also still not working (also saw on previous reviews). Regardless of the minor things that were needed our stay was wonderful! The big bonus was having morning coffee on the porch and watching the Elk right in the backyard. This was the highlight of our trip! Thanks again for sharing your home. We will definitely be renting it again.
This was a cute little house for our family of 5 to stay for our week long trip in Arizona. We had two married couples and one adult. Everyone was able to have their own space/bathroom. The stars were absolutely beautiful at night from the porch. Communication was done through a management company which made it difficult at times to get a response. One of the bedrooms had no hangers and one had very few - could use some more to be able to hang clothes. Very little space in the closet - additional shelving or storage would be helpful. Overall, a great visit and would stay here again if in the area.
The house itself was new and very clean and updated that was the plus. The host hadn’t keyed in my number so I could get in the house rightAway - but with a quick phone, call he over the phone let us in the door and then he fix the problem for us. The only negative thing we could say is that the beds are a very hard memory foam. All four beds are the same and neither of us two couples slept good the two days we were there. We were renting the house while we were the cooks at a local church camp so we only had time to shower and sleep and wake up and leave so we never saw the house during the day or used any of the kitchen or grills so we don’t know how that all worked it is literally a seven minute drive from Camp Lima, and that was the bonus of being there

Could use some TLC
We used this place for our daughter’s wedding weekend. We had 4 adults on one of the nights but otherwise it was just 2 ppl sleeping there. There were a few things that should have been fixed before renting to a guest. Faucet was broken. And after trying to use it, it completely broke and we did not have water in the kitchen sink. The person we contacted about this had the plumber come it and replace the fixture a couple of hours later. There was a missing cushion for the outdoor furniture. Over all cleanliness could use some extra attention. Air filter and vent over the TV Missing closet door for the laundry closetwhich had the vacuum with a full bin of dust ins dirt in full view.

Very much enjoyed our stay
The house has great views of the canyon. The owner communicated very well when the power was lost from an awesome thunderstorm that rolled thru (incredible lightning around the valley). The best part of this house, in our opinion, was the view and the quiet-ness of the area. . The rooms were otherwise great and the AC worked very well in the summer time. It was a very quick drive into Pine and we had several occasions of elk and other wildlife in close proximity to the house. I absolutely recommend bringing binoculars so you can look out into the canyon area. I brought my spotting scope and was able to glass the mountain 3 miles away. Would love to see the view during the winter with all the snow!! The main door was difficult to close, and the refrigerator ice machine didn't work, but those were easy to overcome and minor in nature. I would like to see there be a dresser put in the rooms so you don't have to live out of a suitcase for socks and whatnot. The BBQ grill worked well for steaks and grilling. All in all, would rate five stars.
This is the third property we've stayed at in the Woodshire neighborhood and this one was our least favorite. While all the cabins are similar and overall nice, the others we've stayed at had higher end finishes, nicer decor, more attention to detail, and were cleaner. This one was clean on the surface, but is due for a deep clean (e.g., dusty baseboards and room corners, dirty garbage can). The kitchen supplies are random (e.g., only 5 forks and no serving bowls, but tons of pots and pans). As noted by other reviews, the ice maker still does not work and there are no ice trays. It just feels like a rental that would benefit from the owners actually staying in it for a weekend to realize there are a bunch of little things they could do better to make this stand out more in a neighborhood that has several similar options. In terms of positives, we do love this neighborhood, this house had great mattresses, and I like that they put 2 full beds in the loft. The fully shaded patio will be nice in the summer months (for this time of year we would have preferred more sun but that's seasonal).
