Nice little house that was perfect for our family of four for a couple of nights. Couldn’t get a better location for downtown activities. Just half a block walk and you are downtown.
Traveling with two dogs and so much nicer than a hotel. Wake up, let dogs out back (fenced yard) and have a cup of coffee on the screened porch while watching the dogs. Very relaxing with all the amenities.
This was perfect for our five night stay. Central to where we had to go, clean, simple, and check in and check out went flawlessly.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! We're delighted to hear that our location, cleanliness, and streamlined check-in/out process met your expectations and contributed to a comfortable five-night stay. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future!
We checked in after dark so found this a little tricky, but had a pleasant and peaceful stay. Hosts were quick to respond to communications. Clean and spacious property, well equipped.
Very nicely renovated, clean and comfortable. Owner communicated quickly when we couldnt figure out the wifi password. Would definitely stay again. Within walking distance to dining and shopping.
It's not terrible, but lacks some of the basics I would expect from a rental. It was a fine experience, but I don't think it would be a place I went back to. My experience was with my family, including my two pre-school age children. Getting in was fine, but the door only stays closed when you lock it with the key pad, which was a bit inconvenient. There only one soap for any of the sinks and that one was in the bathroom. It was foaming soap container that was nearly empty (only about 4 handwashes worth we found out) and even that was a heavily diluted soap. Fortunately, I had brought hand and dish soap with me, but I would have had to buy it otherwise. The back screened in porch had a ripped out screen and we also found a beer can next to one of the chairs there. We didn't end up using that space. We couldn't adjust the temperature from the 68 degrees it was set to - a little cold for us, particularly the kids. We used towels because there weren't extra blankets. I messaged the owner to note several damages we spotted upon getting into the unit. The shower was functional, but weak. The couches were functional, but not comfortable. Nothing was strictly bad, but nor was there anything I would say was particularly good - with the possible exception of the location (if you have ear plugs for the trains).
I was in Tennessee for (what was supposed to be) 3 weeks for a work project and just needed a simple, overall clean, place to stay that had onsite laundry facilities and a real kitchen rather than just a hotel room. I looked closely at the listing as well as other reviews, so i felt like i knew what to expect. When i arrived, check in was easy, and i was satisfied with my decision.(still am overall) the house is clean overall, but could stand to have someone go through and do a deep cleaning to include things like cleaning the furnace filter grill in the living room, the exhaust fan in the bathroom, and wiping out the insides of cupboards and drawers. None of which are TERRIBLE, but but would make a big improvement on when it comes to first impressions. It is an old home, so be prepared for the things that come with that , like floors that arent level, doors that are drafty, and things of that sort. My biggest concern as an electrician is that I see quite a few things that arent up to building code. There are only 2 outlets in the kitchen, and they arent GFCI protected, the one bedroom has no outlets in or on the walls, and there is an extension cord ran from the washer outlet across the floor to the one bedroom, and then another cord ran from that under a rug to the wifi router. There is no outlet in the bathroom, so if you need to use a hair drier youll need to bring a drop cord with you. Overall, good stay, i needed to extend my stay by a week, but it wasnt available.
Nice small house for a short visit. Beds and couch are on the hard side. Could use a deep clean, and better Blinds or curtains. Overall nice experience would stay again.
