The property was perfect for our needs. It was close to a market and restaurants. It was very clean and well maintained . The best part is it was only 2 miles from the entrance to RMNP. We will definitely stay there when we return next year.

We loved this property and the kid friendly atmosphere! What a perfect get away! Kitchen was stocked and easy to use and included common spices and condiments. We enjoyed the pingpong table and toys. Beds were super comfy if you love soft and plush sleeping!

Wonderful location, close to the lake. The condo is well equipped for any activity - ping pong table, kayaks, games, puzzles and many other recreational tools/toys. Cooking is easy with a kitchen that’s fully stocked with cookware and utensils and an outside grill. Overall the condo is very comfortable and convenient. This is the second year we have rented this unit for our stay in Grand Lake.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was cozy and close to 3 lakes, hiking trails, national park, and walking distance to downtown Grand Lakes. There is a health clinic about 2 blocks from the condo. It was very quiet during our stay.

With having a family of 6 it is hard to travel... find a place big enough to accommodate all of us. It is a relief to find places to stay that have enough beds and room for a comfortable stay. This house was clean, nice, and overall a perfect house Thank you

Excellent rental and location!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this rental. The condo was perfect and Grand Lake is the cutest town. Everyone was so nice. The proximity to the park entrance was ideal - where we saw so much wildlife along with the extraordinary mountains. We would visit Grand Lake again for so many reasons and be inclined to use the same rental. The space was perfect. Book it now!!

Wonderful Family Place to Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here during our Grand Lake vacation. The house was lovely and clean and worked great for our two kids (ages 7 and 4). There was some construction happening in the neighborhood during our stay, but the owner reached out and let us know well before our stay and offered us the chance to cancel or change our reservation. One of the most considerate hosts I've ever stayed with!!! We will definitely come back again!

Lacking cleanliness

When we checked in the kitchen looked as though it had not been cleaned - there were food stains on the cupboards and appliances and food debri in the cupboards. There were dirty towels in the washing machine. There were crumbs in the sofa bed when we went to make it. The master bathroom needed a deep clean around the base of the shower. Also - the property does not have A/C, which upon review is mentioned at the bottom of the listing in small print, but without very careful and thorough reading can be easily be missed.

Love this place

Even though the Park was closed to through traffic we still enjoyed our stay in Grand Lake. We were able to drive 10 miles into the park, hike to Adam's falls and shop downtown and we loved the Sagebrush restaurant. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable with real cotton sheets and bedding not microfiber flimsy. So many times we stay in VRBO rentals that are nice but the beds aren't comfortable. We slept better than anywhere else we've stayed in Colorado. Great TVs in living room and both bedrooms with many options to watch. We binged on season 4 of The Crown. Wonderful hosts and even my favorite Treseme shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I would highly recommend!

Our Stay in Grand Lake

The rental agency was very timely in their responses when we had questions. They were very easy to work with. I would recommend their properties. The unit is very close to town and has all one needs for a stay. I would recommend this property. A few things to keep in mind.....The tv stations could be updated and increased. The walls are thin and the children in the next unit could be heard running along with the bouncing balls. This was a real negative for us. That said, I would recommend the unit if tv isn't important and if noises don't bother you.
