Four of us shared this house: husband and wife (early 69s), adult daughter (mid-20s), and mother-in-law (90s) for a family wedding outside Asheville. Admittedly, my expectations for a house in the country were not too high, but this home far exceeded them and was very nice. It seems relatively new, was very clean, and had great views of the countryside.
House was very clean! View was wonderful! We loved watching the sunset on the porch.

Girls' weekend
We enjoyed our stay here. The view was awesome and the house was cozy and quiet. It was well stocked for our needs. The decor was beautiful and simple, furniture and beds were comfortable as well. We would stay here again in the future.
We had such a great weekend at this great house. The property is so cute with beautiful views. We enjoyed quiet mornings before our busy days and watched beautiful sunsets. It is comfortable and well stocked.
We absolutely loved this property. It was just as advertised. The views were amazing and it was conveniently close to Asheville. We had a fantastic time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.
Our stay at your home was wonderful. We had one small issue when checking in but Brandy was awesome to correct it. We were there to visit our granddaughter at UNCA so the home made a nice gathering place. Beautiful decor and very quiet.

Very nice
This house was perfect for our needs and accommodated our family quite nicely. We enjoyed time on both front and back porches. Slept well on the firm mattress/beds. This house had everything we needed and we look forward to future stays.
Long weekend with three small children. Very clean house with everything you need. Tv with all the apps, stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds. We visited the Biltmore and went on a waterfall hike. Stars were great at night.

Weekend stay in Asheville
We had a great time staying at your home while visiting our granddaughter at UNCA. The home is beautiful. I had to contact management for a small matter and they corrected it immediately.
Stayed here for my daughters wedding. It was perfect! Close to Asheville and lots to do. The home was perfect, clean and comfortable. Wasn’t sure which garbage cans to use. Other than that, we loved it.
This property is exactly as described, and was the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. The mattresses are comfy too! Some curtains on the bedroom windows to help filter the bright morning light would be great so guests can sleep in. The rental has everything you could need. The views off the front porch are stunning!
The location was perfect for our needs, which was visiting family in Leicester. Centrally located between Asheville and Marshall, and close to Weaverville and I-40 as well. If you want peace and quiet, but within about 20+ minutes from the action, this is a great choice!
We would stay here again!
I recently stayed at this home in Leicester, NC, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The home's cleanliness was commendable – well-maintained and spotless, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment. The listing accurately represented the property; what you see is indeed what you get. The amenities and supplies were thoughtfully provided, making the stay convenient and enjoyable.
One notable aspect of this rental is its proximity to Asheville, making it an excellent choice for those wanting to explore the vibrant city. The drive to Asheville was convenient, allowing for easy access to its attractions, dining, and cultural offerings. Additionally, the property's location in Leicester offers a peaceful retreat, providing a balance between the bustling city life and the tranquility of the surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore the region, this rental property offers a well-rounded experience with a comfortable home and convenient access to nearby attractions.
The house looks exactly like the pictures. It’s not too high in the mountains but you have views from almost every window. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and a few basic pantry staples. The beds were comfy and the furniture was clean. We had a few issues during our stay, insufficient towels and the dishwasher needed servicing. The dishwasher needed a second servicing so I hope it happened after we left . Management was great in communicating and helped with the issues as they came up within hours. We stayed during as the winter storm came in right before Christmas and the water pipes were fine when a house down the street didn’t have water, so that was definitely nice, most morning it was as in the high 20’s to low 30’s, and they house was always warm and everything worked.
We absolutely loved this precious home! We had a ladies bachelorette weekend and this was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated, clean, and the views were amazing! Close to Asheville, so we could come and go as we wanted. Would definitely stay here again!
The place was very neat and clean. It was located in a nice scenic country spot. Close to the city and big breweries. All just 20-35 min away. And 50 minutes to lake lure and chimney rock. Loved the house and will be staying there again. Property manager was easy to work with and responded timely.
We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, listening to cows and at night seeing the sun set behind the Blue Ridge mountains. White water rafting and hiking are less than 30 minutes away, and we had a comfortable house to return to each night for our family of 7.
