Nice location with screen room, includes parking pass

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything in the kitchen needed cleaning before use. Bathrooms and floors were clean but small appliances, fan controls, blind wands, light switches and even kitchen counters were dirty. No WIFI or home info was posted. This home sleeps 6 comfortably but only has a 2 or 3 prong hook in each bathroom -needs towel rods badly. A dirty sheet was left on 1 bed and had no dustpan or working vacuum. This unit could be great but cleaniness needs to be a priority. We expected a clean and inviting home for the rental fee and cleaning fee.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just ok.Home was not clean. The blinds were dirty. The kitchen drawers and contents were not in great shape. I would not use anything unless I washed it first. Some blinds were missing. The dryer was filthy...the filter was full of lint and it was rusty. I had to clean the dryer door before I would use it.

Needs some attention

I hate to give a less than stellar review, but there were some disappointments. Online listing states that master suite was on main floor, but it is on second floor and shares a bathroom with a bedroom with two twin beds. Disappointing, but can live with that. Some additional notes: no one was a particular fan of the beds, but the master bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was so old that you rolled right to the middle and extremely lumpy. All of the bedding needs to be washed, the pillows were very old and need to be replaced (minimally need pillow protectors). There needs to be a dresser in the master bedroom. The kitchen drawers need to be cleaned out and a lot of the dishes needed to be run through the dishwasher before we could use them. (There also needs to be more bowls.) Cleaners need to check under beds. Location was great.
