About this property

Cypress Beach House is the perfect getaway to enjoy the peace of Island Beach. The house and deck are nestled in native flora atop the dune, and invite guests to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The renovated kitchen is well equiped, and cleaning up is no issue thanks to the Miele dishwasher. Master bedroom 1 has Queen bed with walk in robe and ensuite for privacy, and can fit a cot if required (not provided). Bedroom 2 has a double bed and built in robe. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed (double bed lower, single upper) and single bed. There is also a trundle foam mattress stored in the 3rd bedroom. The laundry includes washer, dryer, and drying rack. In the open plan living is a Nectre wood fire to keep the whole house warm in winter.

Please note, linen is not included but may be arranged for $20pp.

Great location and well set out house

4adults, 2 kids - w enjoyed 9 days over the new years period. House had everything we needed and was close to a beautiful beach. Very happy w our holiday - KI is a beautiful place, despite some unseasonal weather

This is the most relaxing beach house in a great location

Island beach is a wonderfully quiet and pristine part of KI - you can get back in touch with nature and there is lots of wildlife around. The stars at night are amazing! This beach house has everything you need for a relaxing and restful stay - highly recommend!
