Perkin Lodge is a family-friendly home with 3-bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, grand living room with a wood fireplace, open loft area, tv room, and mudroom (washer and dryer are located on the main level). The house is situated on a 1/4 acre lot on a quiet street a couple of blocks from downtown Invermere, walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery, and liquor stores. At the end of the road is the hockey and curling arenas and summer farmers' market. Also, there are multiple Lake Windermere beaches within a 10-minute walking distance. PerkinLodge is a short drive to Panorama and Fairmount Ski Resort, World Class Golf courses, and Natural Hot spring pools.

Perfect house, perfect location!

We loved our stay at Perkins Lodge! The house was inviting, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic but no more than a 5-minute walk from Main Street and a 10-minute walk to the beach. We had sunrise and sunset views over the mountains. A great place to stay and highly recommend!

Amazing property close to Eagle Ranch golf course. 5 minute walk to all shops. Gorgeous place to stay with friends or family. Chris and Jenny communicated very well and our stay was flawless. 10/10.

Perkins Lodge provided ample space for our entire family and was conveniently located, making it the perfect spot for our gathering, especially since we were coming from different towns. Christopher was quick to address any questions or needs we had. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time enjoying the backyard play gym and the upstairs room filled with puzzles, books, and rocking horses. We also really enjoyed spending warm evenings relaxing out on the deck.

Perfect Family Venue

Overall property was perfect for our family. Walkable to majority of services. Rustic lodge theme impressed our kids from Spain. Internet could be improved if moved from basement to main floor. Host was very responsive. Would definitely rent this property again.

We very much enjoyed staying at this house. It was in a great location and walkable to stores and restaurants. Nice Place - Great Location

It was a nice place and great location. Our check in time was delayed (~ 2 hours) checking in due to the property owner's cleaners double booking. The owners were very apologetic and accommodating.

Lovely stay!

This property is even nicer than advertised. Big high ceilings, clean and modern, it fit our large group very comfortably. Owners were responsive and great hosts. Perfect location too if you’re looking to stay in the town in Invermere walking distance to it all.
