Condo 77-3. On the Beach , First Class, on the Sea of Cortez

Step out the door, first class, to your own sandy shores on the Sea of Cortez. If you listen you will hear the sea, at your back door, lapping the shores and calling your name.

Casa Classon is easily the most desirable condo on the beach. No corners were cut here. Executive attention has been given to every aspect of this generous property.

Three of the finest luxury master bedroom suites that you may ever see each with billowing comforters and soft cushions await your arrival. It is true luxury that you will never forget.

This designers delight is absolutely amazing with 2 spacious living rooms, plenty of flat screen satellite TVs and music with a spectacular balcony views.

The granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully furnished with all you could possibly imagine for a spectacular cocktail hour and gourmet dinner.  You will want for nothing. It is all here at Casa Classon. Please treat her gently.

Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
Only 6 adult pool passes are issued with this rental
This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

No off-road vehicles permitted in this community.  Exception is made for race teams.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.

Home was clean and easy to check in check out. This would be a 5 if it had internet. Hard to work going to the pool to get access and cell phone coverage was poor.

Pros and cons but was still probably the best place to stay in San Felipe.

Location as a beach front was good. Check in confusion, had to go to two different places to get checked in. Didn't feel completely clean, sand on carpet when we arrived. Lots of sand and dirt in neighborhood so hard to keep clean. Laundered towels still in dryer, some laying on top, didn't know if they were clean or not. Plenty of space for two couples. Pool was cold, one hot tub cold, one lukewarm. Restaurant at golf course was decent. The town leaves a lot to be desired!
