About this property

Wendover Dunes is located just a few minutes' walk from the beach. These villas are large, providing plenty of breathing room for your party. They are also known for their screened-in balconies, which you'll be thankful for in the southern climate.

The kitchen is large and fully-stocked, providing plenty of room to cook meals if you so desire. The kitchen bar seats two, while the dining area seats six formally. The family room has been updated with a large smart tv.

The Primary suite features a king bed, and a huge master bathroom. The Primary bathroom provides a walk-in shower, separate sunken tub and double vanity. The second Primary suite also features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom which is equally large. The third bedroom, has 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Outside you'll enjoy all the wildlife and scenery in your wrap around screened in balcony. The beach is in close proximity, as well as Arthur Hills Golf Course.

Very dirty carpets / rickety bar stool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented here before. Location is good. Very disappointed in dirty condition of master BR carpets. WHAT ARE YOU USING MY $200 CLEANING CHARGE FOR.? Obviously NOT CLEANING. Very sad and irresponsible. We left the place as clean, or cleaner, than when we arrived.

Great Stay

Quiet location with easy access to pool area and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Definitely recommend!

Negative cleaning experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we loved the rental, we were surprised by how “rushed” the cleaning seemed when we arrived. There was a broken table outside that someone could have gotten severely hurt on, there were wrappers and tissues on the floors, there were sections of the house where you could tell brooms had never touched and there lied dead bugs, piles of dust and bits of trash. I have to say there were several stains on the carpets too which I am not sure of were already there or not cleaned. I do have pictures of everything time stamped from the moment we arrived. Again, the property was great but that is never how you want to walk into a rental that you paid a decent amount of money for. Not the level of service I would ever hope to have again.

47th year Family reunion

Like the location have been coming to Palmetto Dunes for over 45+years and never stayed in this area before. Nice condo well decorated and clean Only little problem was washing machine acted up on our second to last day. Reported it to front office but nobody came to fix it Great place highly recommend it
