Absolute Beachfront at the Stock Route

Apartment on Second level of House with family members in separate Ground Floor Apartment. Shared Driveway, Tennis Court and Beach Access Steps. Walk down rustic beachfront steps to the beautiful white sands of Wainui Beach situated on the Stock Route Surf Break. Furnished in an eclectic style where you can't help but feel comfortable. Sit out on the balcony that overlooks the Ocean and if you're up early check out the beautiful sunrise. In the evening check out the stars and the rising moon. On the western deck you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy the alfresco dining with views out to the hills and capture the last ray of sun for the day. The property also features a full tennis court, enjoy a game when the surfs not up and its also a safe haven for the children play or ride their bikes around. You can relax or do your yoga right on the beachfront while you check out our local world class surfers in action. This is what a holiday is all about! Little fluffy dog called Beau lives with family downstairs.

I live further along at Makorori Beach with my partner and have a little flat under the house where my 16 year old grandson, his mum, little sister and their little fluffy dog Beau live. Your home is the main house upstairs and very private. Living on the beach is very special and I love to share it with you. I will host Pets only by approval.

Wainui Beach is a beautiful clean beach with an abundance of white sand where you can take long walks. It is never very crowded and if you love surfing you will find one of the best surfbreaks right at your front door - Stock Route. You can also walk around the rocks to Tuahine Point - it is a scenic location and a prime spot.
