Wonderfully thought out, clean and pleasing accommodation. Immaculately presented nestled in a quiet street next to a stunning beach in a breathtakingly scenic location. Highly recommend.
Absolutely fabulous! The Bungalow at Sawtell was recommended to us by close friends who had stayed previously. Presentation was excellent, the location was ideal (directly across the road from the beach) and The Bungalow itself was comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely recommend staying at The Bungalow in Sawtell.
The Bungalow was everything we could ask for. Directly opposite the beach, extremely well set up, well located, walking distance to town and the beautiful street and cafes. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back
Very well presented and equiped with everything that you might need. Immaculately clean. Host was very helpful and friendly and location perfect. Ideal couple or singles get away spot.
Great location with beach access across road and short stroll to village centre. Comfortable, stylish and clean accommodation with everything you need for a short stay.
Wonderful cozy beach getaway. Immaculately clean and everything you need at hand. Excellent communication with our host and very inviting. Awesome location on the beach and short walk to restaurants, cafes and pubs. Nice and quiet and an excellent base to explore the area.
This little bungalow had everything we needed. It was absolutely spotless & super cosy. All the little touches were thought of. It is located right across the road from the beach and so close to town, very short walking distance to cafes & restaurants. We can’t wait to come and stay again next year.
We were very happy during our stay with everything, and more, for a comfortable stay provided. Beach access across the road and short walk to lovely restaurants, cafes and surf club. Highly recommend.

We have been living here for around 15 years, enjoying the whole area, in particular our little piece of paradise. No plans to move. No need to really. Sawtell has a great balance of natural beauty and consumer amenities.
Why they chose this property
Mel and I would sit on the front deck ( now The Bungalow's Private Deck ) and enjoy the outlook over the rainforest directly opposite. Sometimes, the street would be busy with morning surfers, but mostly, it was quiet and peaceful, with the sounds of Magpies and kookaburras. But one thing never changed. We would constantly agree that .... " this would be a perfect spot for a little " BNB " And it did become a little " BNB", and it is in a perfect spot .... and we think its perfect :)
What makes this property unique
The unique benefits are mentioned in the kind guest reviews. Location ! - Directly opposite probably the best part of Sawtell beach. Access to the beach, through a sensational little beach track, that winds through the rainforest. Close to the mainstreet of Sawtell and it fine selection of eateries. ETC, ETC. And the Bungalow has a charm of its own.... its like its own little bubble. Cosy and secure, but right where you want to be. Close enough to everything, but easy to escape. Well, thats our take on it, You will have to decide for yourself. See you soon :) Craig and Mel
