Very cozy comfy spot. The host is super responsive. Place was clean and would go back. Good family times! It does have alot stairs so be prepared to climb few flights. Also the stairway is a little dark at night.

Great place to stay near Stagecoach Lift (Heavenly)

Had a great stay here! It was a bit of a hike up the stairs to get to the unit, and the walls are pretty thin, but being right next to a shuttle stop that takes you straight to the Stagecoach lift was amazing! The cabin was very clean, lots of space, and check-in/out instructions were very easy and straightforward!

Great Trip

We had a great time in Lake Tahoe and this was the perfect spot for our group. The shuttle was extremely convenient for skiing and there were great views of the lake!

Great stay, fantastic views, and very accessible location to Stagecoach lift at Heavely.

Just as advertised, 4 comfortable rooms, great long range view of Lake Tahoe. Few minutes from a convenience and liquor store. Great communication and customer service. Had no issues besides asking questions at check in which was via phone/keypad. Only thing to note is it’s on the 3rd floor. So you’ll have a few flights of steps. 10/10 would stay again

Ultra convenient for a really short drive to Stagecoach Express lift or you could use the shuttle. Kitchen was well stocked so if you wanted to cook there were plenty of utensils. Plenty of room to move around. no problem to park near condo

Weekend get away

Everything was to exactly what was said. Plenty of space. The house was clean and had some cool views. Only issue was contacting host when we got in one night because parking lot was full and didn’t know where else to park. The automated response team said I would be contacted the next day but never was.

Great little stay

Nice little 4 bedroom place. Close to Heavenly for race. Only a couple of minor issues. 1. I don't know why most vacation rentals need WD-40 for the door hinges, but it seems every one I stay in does. The drip coffee maker worked great, but some filters would have been nice (or at least a heads up). The bottle of wine and some coffee and tea packets were a nice touch. Would definitely consider staying again.

Place was for the most part clean. High touch areas could have been better such as the remote (had gunk on it) and bathroom handles. Location was ok but farther away from downtown. Place dated and beds on first floor creaked when turned over. You could hear person in the next room turning over.

First time skiing Heavenly

It was my first time skiing Heavenly and we wanted something rather close. This property is as close to ski in ski out without being it. Bus stop right outside your door is very convenient. The only few issue we had were minor and to care of them ourselves. Light bulb didn't work and 1 outlet in the upstairs bedroom didn't work. Place was clean and comfortable but dated and kitchen was well equipped. In the title it says hot tub which i assumed meant on the property but that was probably on the fine print somewhere and got overlooked. Just a short walk or drive. Overall the place was exactly what we needed and the staff was more than friendly to make our vacation a success.

Our stay

this is a nice space, but the building itself does not present well with chipping paint and loose decking boards. Interior is comfortable but needs updating. The floors and surfaces were clean, but the stairway and under furniture were not. We had a missing screen in one of the bedrooms. Parking was challenging during the weekend portion of our stay. Paper products and supplies were plentiful. We were a bit disappointed that the advertised view from the deck, while beautiful, was actually the entrance to 3 units with no outside seating area. The pool was clean and well maintained.

This VRBO is in need of updating and repair.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and accommodating but this condo needs renovation. There were problems in this condo ranging a safety hazard to just needing updating. Let me start with safety issues. 1. The floor heating units are no longer attached to the wall in multiple rooms and they are hanging from the cord and resting on the carpet. Fire hazard. 2. Multiple electrical outlets have cracked or missing covers. 3. The roof over the outside stairs leaks causing ice build up at the top of every flight of stairs. Less serious problems ranged from poor drywall repair, old carpet, living room table that must have been picked up off a street corner, random nails in walls, inoperable blinds, cracked tile, broken T-molds, etc. I don’t recommend this VRBO at this time.
