What do beautiful white sand beaches, rocket launches and sea turtles have in common…Cape Winds 104. We are excited to share our little slice of paradise on the Space Coast with you and your family and friends. When you step out of our patio on to the lawn choose if you feel like a stroll down the beach or lounging by the pool. Catch a beautiful sunrise sipping coffee on the patio or share another seafood dinner at one of the many local restaurants. We know you will fall in love and come back soon.

There is plenty to do around the building - swim in the pool, lounge in the hot tub, play tennis or basketball, relax in the sauna - or just hang out on the patio or beach! If you want to venture off the property, you are very close to the Pier (1.3 miles), Ron Jon's Surf Shop, restaurants, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, loads of kids activities and much more!

There are additional features to make your stay as comfortable as possible:

Taking “relaxation” to a whole new level!!

We LOVED staying here! The apartment was even better than pictured and had literally EVERYTHING we needed, especially for the beach…which really IS only steps from the patio door! Pool and hot tub were awesome, everyone we encountered was super polite. Property exceptionally clean. Our booking, check-in, and check-out were all FLAWLESS and super easy!! Already looking forward to our next visit!

Peaceful and easy access

The proximity to the pool and beach were excellent. The pool area was well maintained and the ability to navigate easily was much appreciated for those with mobility issues. Will definitely consider staying again for next girls vacation getaway. Area was safe and the beach was fantastic. Everything that you need is within a few miles drive.

Great Property Right On The Water

This was a great stay. Very comfortable in many way and right on easy access to the beach. Very close to amenities. Floor in the bedroom was already sandy when we checked in, but not a big deal. Other than that, the place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

I can’t thank Amanda enough for answering all my questions!! She was so helpful about the area and any questions we had about cape winds!! Great little spot minutes from a beautiful beach! My kids loved the basketball/tennis courts every evening and I loved coffee on the back deck listening to the waves each morning! We can’t wait to come back!

Good communication from owner and easy access to get into the property

Property was nice but the outer doors need some paint, very dirty and it could have better lighting to see the door code. Also the coffee table was very dirty, sticky to the touch and the couch had very dirty cushions as well, but other than that it was good.

Close to the beach, cozy place

Property was overall great. Stocked with kitchen supplies that you need and beach gear. The air conditioning worked really great and overall the place was very nice. Very close walk to the beach! The only issue we encountered were a ton of fruit flies around the condo, especially in the kitchen. We kept all food put away and still had issues with the fruit flies. I communicated with the property manager as she had reached out several times throughout the stay to check in. She responded really well to the concern and mentioned sending someone out to take care of the flies. We will surely stay at this place when coming to Cape Canaveral again!
