Walk a tad farther and you’re at the Santa Barbara Harbor where you can book a whale-watching cruise, rent stand-up paddleboards, and choose from a variety of restaurants that are right on the water.

This beachy Paradise Retreats cottage features custom cherry wood built-ins and accents, an open floor plan, a full-service Kitchen, and an added sunroom with a large dining space and grand piano. Both spacious Bedrooms include French Doors leading to a patio and seating area. Den with sleeper sofa. Primary Suite showcases vaulted ceilings with skylights and an Ensuite Bathroom. The backyard features a built-in grill, outdoor sink, hot tub, dining space, and several chaise lounges completely surrounded by privacy hedges.
