Beautiful condo with a spacious living area and Master bedroom. It's a short walk to the beach, and the beach cart was a huge plus. The balcony was the perfect spot to have coffee or wind down in the evening.

This is our 3rd summer staying at this property and we absolutely love it. It feels like a home away from home, while being a short walking distance from the beach. We've had longer walks to the beach at big beach resorts. The property is only a few minutes away from Holmes Beach and Anna Maria - easy access to restaurants and beautiful spots on the island.

Great property and superior views of the ocean. A/C worked wonderfully in keeping up with the southern heat! Would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area.

The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella were helpful. Would recommend eating at Salt, just a block away. Pricey as everything is these days but well worth it, best meal we had!

Perfect Spot

This place was the perfect spot for home base on AMI. Convenient beach access only a couple blocks away, great views from the back deck, plenty of space for my family of 5 (the access to trundle beds is a nice touch).

Super clean and nice. 2 story and on the top floor. Make sure you bring all the basics for food. We ended up not using the kitchen and just ate out. I would definitely consider renting or bringing a golf cart. Restaurants are not really walking distance for us but close by car. The beds were Amazing!!!!! Everything is basically brand new. Outdoor upper deck was great for morning coffee.

Amazing stay! Great location with easy access to the beach. Balcony was a highlight of the trip with sunrise views each morning. Had an issue with the dryer not working, but it was fixed early the very next day. Communication with on-site contact was great.

Amazing Place

We stayed here with our two small kids (3 and 5) and had the best time! You can see the park from the patio! Amazing views of the ocean and bay! It had everything we needed to be comfortable and is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. It was a nice place to stay with kids and enjoyed the convenience of it!

A Great Stay!!!

We had an awesome stay at this condo for our kids spring break! It was spacious with comfy beds and couches. It was in the perfect location- just a two minute walk to the beach. It was nicely cleaned, and everything was stocked great. Would definitely stay here again.

The views from the beach house were amazing! The place was super spacious, and it was just seconds from the beach. A few things could use fixing, the shower head in the master suite was broken off and needed replacing, and the second bedroom door can trap you from the inside. Overall though, it was still a great spot to relax and have fun!
