Guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed featuring the wonderful blue navy & white color scheme, located next to the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
On the back side of the home is the lanai, perfect for sitting and sipping your morning cup of coffee or to curl up and read a good book.
Laundry room is located inside the home for easy access. Don’t forget to head to the new up and coming Sawgrass Grove or Brownwood Town Square for live music and happy hour!

We will process your ID's with The Villages so they will be ready upon your arrival, You will know that we have processed your ID's only when you have received an acknowledgement from this office***
