This is a beautiful 1st floor, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo at the Opus in Daytona Beach - professionally managed by Sunlit Vacation Rentals.
​​​​​​​No need for elevators as the private patio is steps away from the pool and the ramp to the beach is only a few steps away! All of the furniture and decor was carefully selected to provide a feeling of comfort and luxury that is truly hard to come by. This unique property features a large open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances. If you are looking for a luxurious condo to make lasting memories, this is the place for you!

Bedding Arrangement Includes:
Master Bedroom: King bed
2nd bedroom: 2 queen beds
3rd bedroom: Queen and a twin bed as well.
There are 2 full bathrooms in the condo. The condo will sleep up to 9 people. The unit comes stocked with top grade linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, etc to help make your trip seamless and unforgettable. You will also enjoy a flat panel TVs in all the bedrooms.

- Mandatory rental agreement must be completed and submitted prior to arrival
- Two parking passes provided: One for garage space and one top-deck space (first come, first served)

Location and accomodations were perfect for our group. We loved the heated pool and hot tub access. Only con would be that there were no seasonings, oil, or cooking supplies in the kitchen.

Great family/friends getaway

We booked a stay for a few nights during our kids spring break. It was a great stay. The condo was lovely. Lots of room, great layout of the condo. It was decorated very nicely. It was great to be right by the pool and hot tub. Lovely view of the beach and ocean. Close to lots of things to do, including grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Beautiful property

The unit was very nice, clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. When we learned the pool would be closed for two days during our four day stay he responded immediately and offered to move us to another (more expensive) nearby property. We would definitely rent from him again!

Our group of 6 stayed here for 5 nights and everyone was totally impressed with the property. Absolutely spotless and exactly like the photos, way larger than we thought it would be, and well appointed with everything you could need on a short vacation. It also has safe dedicated basement parking if you have a rental car and is very close to the speedway if you're in town for an event. Scott was extremely communicative before we got there helping me to resolve an issue with payment and responded promptly to a query I had while I was there. I will definitely be booking here again if returning to Daytona Beach

Beautiful Condo with even more potential

The building itself looks pretty run down but honestly all of Daytona looked pretty old and run down. That being said, the condo itself was up to date and extremely comfortable. Beautiful, updated kitchen with marble counter and stainless steel fridge. Spacious rooms, noone felt cramped. Had beach toys available. Condo is located on the first floor of the building and overlooks the pool with a great balcony however door has been welded shut so you cannot access the balcony and pool is under ocnstruction so its quiet an eyesore. Once its done it will be amazing with the perfect view of the ocean. You also get a parking space in the private parking lot- very secure.
