Holiday Villas II 308 - INTERCOASTAL VIEW Condo!

This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the perfect setting for your vacation memories. A large covered balcony facing East with views of the Intracoastal Waterway provides the most spectacular sunrises and shields you from the heat of the afternoon sun. The open floor plan provides plenty of space for the family to spread out. The large dining table is great for a meal or how about the family game night! The living room has comfy seating, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a large (60") screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully appointed and has a breakfast bar for optional eating space. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has fun bunk beds. The bottom is a Full/Double size bed and the top is a Twin. There is a small ceiling fan and a mounted TV in this bedroom as well. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Furniture, including mattresses, was replaced in Aug 2017. The condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to U.S. and Canada. The complex offers a street-side large heated swimming pool with pool bathrooms and an outside shower. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. Walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops and even putt-putt golf in our quaint little town of Indian Shores. No Pets.

Family Vacation

The condo was nice and clean. The only downfalls were the master bed sits on the ground, there were not enough towels or beach equipment. Other vacations rentals supplied more towels and had beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Indian Shores Holiday Villa II

Very dated. Musty and smelly inside. Floors were not cleaned at all as our feet were black after a few minutes walking barefoot in the condominium. Very concerning indeed, but especially concerning cleanliness during a major pandemic. Master BR bed was basically a mattress on the floor. Very uncomfortable to begin with and very awkward to get in/out of, especially if you suffer from any arthritis or bone/joint disease. It was large enough and comfortable enough for my husband and son but if you had any more people it would be tight. Not enough towels at all. Utensils sparse. Will not return.

Wonderful!

We loved this property, it was clean and very nice. My only recommendations would be to get the master bed off the floor, it was very hard to get in and out of and the porch furniture would use an update. Otherwise great property, and April in the office was wonderful and so helpful!

Late summer

The condo was nice and well appointed. It was very clean. The master bed sits extremely low and there is no dresser in the master. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great condo on the beach!

Great condo! We enjoyed staying here, loved the white sand beach and the pool for kids! Great location, near grocery stores and convenient stores. Friendly staff! Condo was clean and kitchen provided everything that we needed :)

Great Family Vacation Stay

The only hock-up we had was some mis-information from answering service, since we had a light flight arrival, however, once in our condo everything else was great! We enjoyed the location, set up, and the friendliness of the property manager! We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely consider staying here again!
