We loved our stay. The house was cozy and gave us a great home base as we revisited our favorite spots in Brevard. The hosts were gracious and were fine with our late check out request so that our kids camp drop off would go smoothly. The house is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood and don’t be surprised if you see a family of white squirrels playing in the back yard.
Lovely place. Very clean. Parking space great. Pillows on the bed were terrific. Big problem: the wooden bed creaked and squeaked: It was impossible to move or roll over because the noise woke you. We were surprised that there were no cloth napkins. In fact, no napkins of any kind. Paper towel only. It would’ve helped to have some cleaning rags around. In case something spilled using only paper towels to do cleanup is not environmentally conscientious. It would’ve been helpful to have one or two more dish towels in the kitchen.Thank you very much for the grocery card. We liked the charging stations that you had installed for each of the beds. There is no counter space in the bathroom, one mirror in the house (in bathroom) to do hair, makeup, shave. The sink is so tiny. It’s difficult to wash your face without splashing all over the floor. (Rags or extra towels?)Washer dryer, in fact, all the appliances, were great. Really liked the dishes and cups. Your description says the house is very close to downtown. It isn’t. Not walkable for an older person. Somewhat misleading. It’s a very nice looking place but Function comes before Form.

A hidden gem
I enjoyed my stay. I was in town for work and appreciated the cleanliness, thoroughness of instructions for checking in and out, and I certainly appreciated the prior communication to welcome me for my stay. The view was beautiful. I hate I didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the fire pit due to the rain. However, the lighted patio made the rain even more beautiful. It’s always the little things - so when I pulled up and saw the lights on at a warm glow, I instantly felt more relaxed after an 8 hour drive.Thank you!
