Tucked away but convenient to town

Short stay but we would have stayed longer! Great spacious home with excellent light. More than enough space and only wished we brought more guests for the trip. Kitchen was excellently stocked for all our in-rental cook prep and cooking needs. Hope to stay here again the next time my family and I are in Brevard.

Non-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving

The house was the perfect space for our Italian themed Thanksgiving family gathering. The kitchen was great & had plenty of extras on hand for cooking. We enjoyed sitting around the large dining room table eating and playing games. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had a blast playing ping pong as well. Highly recommend!

We so enjoyed our stay at Brevard and particularly, this home on Lochencove Ridge Rd. It's hard to find a place with three queen beds and enough bathrooms! It was spic & span clean, had good TV, working Wi-Fi, a ping-pong table and the kitchen had everything you could want. It actually had enough TP, paper towels, tissues, and trash sacks to get us easily through the week! How nice is that? We especially loved that there was a den with a nice TV and also a separate, comfortable living room (again, with a nice TV)! There were games for every age, too. The decor was intriguing in some cases and perfect in others. Thanks for such a nice place to enjoy our vacation.

Beautiful getaway

This Brevard home is absolutely beautiful tucked away in a quiet area with lots of trees. The house was very nicely kept, two nice size living areas and a big kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is three bedrooms and three full bathrooms which was a huge plus with it being six adults. I always hate having to share a bathroom. There were plenty of linens, and the bedrooms were spacious. Beautiful front and back decks with a nice view. We loved the fire pit in the cool evenings. We will definitely come back.

The owner was very responsive, accommodating, and quick to respond to all of my questions. I greatly appreciated the way he handled my stay.The location was nice, just a few miles outside of town. I had no issues finding the house and didn't have any issues with neighbors or anything in the area.The house itself was great. I really enjoyed the layout. It is a split level house and provided enough space for everyone, but you never felt like you were separated (except for the basement / ping pong room, which is completely by itself). Everything was clean. The kitchen was nice and had plenty of space to cook and eat. We had no issues with the comfort of the beds and were thankful for three full bathrooms.While no place is perfect, I would highly recommend this location and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
