This new beach beauty, monthly rental at the Shorewood Community is located near the Port Canaveral, and minutes from Cocoa Beach.

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. The spacious master bedroom has a gorgeous ensuite with a fireplace. There is a large chef's kitchen with brand new appliances for any meals in. There is a separate dining room, comfortable living room and TV's in the living room and bedrooms. There is a private balcony with a side view of the ocean (note: it is not direct oceanfront). * Sofa Sleeper available for extra sleeping space

Excellent place to stay!

The condo was updated and clean. It has a nice balcony, quality furniture, convenient layout, and updated appliances. The master bathroom is amazing! The property was quiet and had many amenities including a pool, private beach access, tennis courts, and game nights. The community and neighbors were very friendly and the property manager Kelsy was a pleasure to work with. I would happily stay here again!
