This property is a small 2-bedroom guesthouse situated behind a larger 5-bedroom home (also for rent). It is advertised a a cottage, and comes complete with a fenced-in backyard (pets are welcome) and on-site laundry facility at the rear of the larger home. Vintage bathroom and kitchen appliances gave it a very cozy feel. Very nice accommodations. I will definitely stay here again!!

Our stay in the beautiful hill country was relaxing and enjoyable. The property was just as described, and in a beautiful, quiet setting. We brought along our corgi puppy and the fenced in backyard was ideal! The great location was perfect for what we had planned in dripping springs. We would stay here again!

Overall we had a great stay. There was a plumbing issue reported prior to our stay that was addressed while we were there. We didn't have any issues with plumbing. Prior reviews mentioned the place wasn't clean but we had no issues with cleanliness. It was very clean. Also we had enough of everything to last our short trip.

Cool cottage with the stone walls. Clean and location was quiet. Small fenced yard nice for pet. No back yard light to let pet out in dark. Funny smell comes and goes outside only, not sure what it was. Overall good experience.
