The space

We offer 2 generous sized bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. Our living room features a double sized sofa bed. Our bathroom has an extra large luxurious shower and premium fittings throughout. The kitchen is fully appointed with premium fittings, large facilities including fridge, oven, gas stove, coffee station with free Nespresso pods and teas, dishwasher and microwave. We have a laundry including a washing machine, dryer and clothesline outside. Wifi, streaming apps and high quality sound is all available through our 60” inch tv and entertainment system!

Great, comfortable stay

Rancho was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my 5 friends. Great location and great cleanliness of property, rancho relaxo proved to be the cutest, comfortable stay. Would recommend for a group of friends or family in need of a relaxing, homey environment, close to the Hot Springs and other Peninsula attractions.

Fab stay @ Rancho Relaxo

Fantastic little get away, so close to the shops and beach.. we had one rainy day and the house had games that entertained the kids which was a great way to keep them amused. The house accommodated everything I needed to keep a family of 5 content.

Beautiful place to stay

We had a lovely stay at rancho relaxing. Could not fault anything. The host was amazing to deal with and very quick to reply. The space was stunning, nice quiet location and everything within walking distance to beach and great food locations. Perfect position to explore the Mornington peninsula. Would highly recommend to anyone and would love to come back and stay again.

Ranch Relax

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was extremely welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The space was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was also great - close to shops and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Nice unit in quiet but central location. Older style building that has been fully renovated inside. Great size for two couples for a couple of nights. Nice new kitchen and bathroom. Comfy lounge. Easy check in and check out. Short walk to Rye restaurants, shops and jetty. There is an outdoor area out the back, which I don’t believe was imaged - small grassed area with BBQ and outdoor setting.

Great location/fitout, but needs better insulation

We really liked the location of the property (super close to shops, restaurants, beach etc), and it was well-equipped with modern appliances that made cooking and washing up super easy. The host was super easy to communicate with and we had no issue finding the property, checking in etc.However, the property is not well-insulated, and even with air conditioning running full blast, we found that the bedrooms and living area would get up to 30 degrees during the afternoon and evening. This made it very difficult for my wife, myself and our one-year old to relax and sleep. Would not recommend for high summer or for people travelling with small children (or heat-sensitive people in general). However, these issues could potentially be rectified with the installation of air conditioning in the bedrooms and improving overall insulation.

I spent every summer down here as a kid and now I absolutely love providing the same opportunity for others! I consider myself a bit of an expert in the Mornington Peninsula, so I can be helpful if looking for things to do near Rancho Relaxo, places to go, or things to see!

We are close to everything you could want, the shops, the restaurant, the pier, the ocean, the carnival, the hot springs and the wineries! You could not be more in the middle of everything!
