Oceanfront Serene Luxury Home, Overlooking Siletz Bay
Sunset Point: A Sanctuary of Light and Tide
Perched where the Siletz Bay meets the rhythmic pulse of the Pacific, Sunset Point is more than a home—it is a front-row seat to nature’s most calming performances. Here, the boundaries between the coastal foothills and the sea blur, offering a panoramic retreat designed for deep breaths and quiet moments.
Step inside to find an atmosphere of "modern Zen." Soaring ceilings and soft, inset lighting create an airy, cathedral-like feel, while contemporary furnishings provide a minimalist yet plush sanctuary.
Relax by the warmth of the stacked-rock fireplace or enjoy a slow meal at the dining table for eight, framed by floor-to-ceiling glass that invites the ocean’s horizon inside.
A sleek, industrial-inspired kitchen features granite surfaces, stainless appliances, and a dedicated wine chiller—perfect for preparing nourishing meals in a space that feels both grounded and sophisticated.
Discover the main-level bedroom with glass doors, offering a peaceful, visible nook for little ones, or retreat upstairs to the Primary Queen Suite. This private haven features a personal balcony and a spa-inspired bath, complete with a deep soaking tub and walk-in rain shower designed to wash away the outside world.
The vibrant Taft District is just a gentle stroll away. Spend your afternoons watching seals bask in the bay, exploring the art of glassblowing, or enjoying the local flavors at the outdoor food court. Beautiful house with a view to match! The only thing that would have made it better would be extra blankets for the beds.

Hi Donna! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with our local property team. We loved hosting you and hope you will book with us again!
Overall great but...bedroom fan covered in dust. Couldnt use it. Bed supported by wood planks. Really lumpy. Master shower has no shades so had to take shower in dark at night because people next door sitting in firepit could look right in the window. And people on the porch nextdoor could look into shower if ur tall. Tub really uncomfortable to sit in. No propaine in fireplace outside. Backup tank empty. Blanket on couch filled with boogers had to wash them. Bedroom comforter needed to be washed. Stains on it. Asked for early check in and/ or late check out. Told to check back 24hrs before trip did that but never heard back and was told charges may apply. Seemed a little much. Had to check glasses some of them were dirty. Overall great place and would recommend but wouldnt go back for the price they ask it Needs to be spotless in my opinion. Worth checking out though.

I’m very sorry for the cleanliness and maintenance issues you encountered. We’ve shared your list with our cleaning and maintenance teams to address immediately. And I'm sincerely sorry for the slow responses from our team regarding the early check in request. I will make sure they are aware of your concerns and ask them to adjust their processes as necessary to avoid such delays again.

Hi Juliette! Thank you for your 5-star review. We are so thrilled you had such a fantastic stay. We loved hosting you at Sunset Point, and hope you will return!
We had a great time at this house. The views of the ocean and Siletz bay were amazing. The interior fireplace was a big hit as it was cozy and packed a punch! The interior amenities were great, nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom showers/tubs were so nice. Only thing that wasn’t quite up to par were the living room furniture was literally falling apart. The couch, and two chairs were broken which I wouldn’t expect from an otherwise fantastic place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Hi Scott! Thank you for your 5-star review. We are so glad you had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We appreciate your feedback, and will share your comments about the living room furniture with our local property team. We loved hosting you at Sunset Point, and hope you will return!
It took us a while to figure out the washer, we couldn’t change the channel on the tv or power it off so we just unplugged it for the duration of our stay then plugged it back in as we were leaving. A couple people with us were disappointed that there were no tvs in the bedrooms, but we were fine with no tv, the view is what we enjoyed. We would definitely stay there again, but most likely would chose the house to the west because they had a hot tub. We would have liked screens on the doors because we enjoyed to leave them open but disliked the termites and flies coming in.

Hi Cheryl! Thank you for your 5-star review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Sunset Point. We appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with our local property team. We loved hosting you and hope you will book with us again!
We chose this home because each couple would have a bedroom with bathroom. The kitchen was great! Plenty of room for everyone to be involved in meal prep. It is stocked with pretty much all that you need. There is a spectacular view of the ocean from the main floor and deck. The deck is large with plenty of seasting. The propane fire pit is beautiful and adds warmth when sitting out in the evening. There were some elderly guests who had a little difficulty with the excess of technology in the home, but we worked it out. One thing that seemed very odd, and a little frustrating, is that there were no hangers in the bedroom closets. The mattress in the room we were in was too firm for our taste. Note: we put the most elderly family member in the bedroom on the main floor. The stairs to the 2nd floor should be considered when booking this lovely home. It was a memorable stay with loved ones and the location made it even more special.
