Overall very happy with our stay in Room 802. The aircon was noisy but effective. Room had a nice new TV and the ceiling fan was good for circulating the cool air. Location is great with plenty of places to eat near by and the scooter hire just around the corner. I would recommend this accommodation to other folk.
Very busy location, beds were very comfortable and we paid for the convenient parking (otherwise parking would have been a nightmare).
The tub drain drained very slowly therefor you were standing in a pool of water the the whole time you showered - otherwise the room was clean and comfy.
Served it’s purpose for our stay and communication between us and the host was superb right from the start.

Great location. The room was clean. The bed was good. The room could do with some mantenance (peeling paint etc.) and we had trouble getting the staff to assist with some problems (TV often wouldn't work, bed wasn't configuired as two twins as requested etc.). Good place to stay but a few things would make it so much better. Parking in the zoo carpark nearby worked out well.

Poor customer service, mostly unclean and not well maintained. The staff was unwilling to help in a situation that occurred in the hotel bar leaving us feeling very unsafe. Other than the location, there was very little that was acceptable at this location.
The check in process was confusing and frustrating. We were given the same instructions on two separate occasions then the day we were travelling sent a completely different set of insructions which we didn't receive due to travelling. The room was dated and dirty. The bed (two twins pushed together with a foam topper was uncomfortable., the fridge barely fit a container of juice. The only thing the rental had going for it was it's location, close to the beach. I wouldn't stay here again.

I know that this was the best deal I could find in wiakiki. However, things in the room were run down and the picture that was shown didn’t reflect received. There is supposed to be two chairs in the room, however, I needed to pull in a chair from the lanai to use in the room. And washing dishes I am a bathroom sink. I did share the customer service from the Verbo group.

The location for this property is excellent, it is I block from the beach, easy access to transportation, and dining. The room was clean and bug free. The staff at the front desk were attentive and nice, always greeting guests as they passed by. The room had a bunch of beach stuff (chairs, musc. Snorkeling eguip, boogie board) we used the backpack chair daily. There is a full size coffee maker with with filters, and two 4 cup coffee packs. Microwave and fridge worked well. The little patio was nice to sit on. There is an observation deck on the 10 floor with amazing views of the beach, zoo, and Diamond head. Nice place to relax in the evening.
Here is the bad stuff.
The noise in the room is constant from large A/C fans for the restaurant and other hotels surrounding it. There are only black out curtains for half of the glass windows and doors. The lights outside make it look like it is the middle of day inside the room all night long. I used ear plugs and mask to cover my eyes the 2nd and 3rd night, this helped. Much of the furniture is long in the tooth but functional. The one chair at the bar style table was so wobbly I wouldn’t sit on it for fear of it breaking. The A/C struggled but kept the rooms little cooler than outside. I think it needs a little maintenance and the condensate drain opened.
I wanted to give this an excellent rating but the room needs some maintenance and attention. I would stay here again.
We were prepared for small and quaint. That’s what we got. After the first day we fell in love with the location, beach, and even the room. It might be a bit small for a long stay, but the three days spent here were delightful. Parking in the underground garage is highly recommended for peace of mind.
The property ,was clean and tidy and a great position ,close to beaches and a short walk into Waikiki.
The Air con was little loud ,but apart from that we had a very pleasant stay.

Why they chose this property
With so many local attractions within easy walking distance and of course the awesome views of both Diamond Head (directly ahead of you) and with Waikiki Beach to your right, the suite truly offers the best of both worlds without requiring a vehicle. Kapiolani Park is across the street with its outdoor 'shell' shaped outdoor theater, four well maintained tennis courts and beautifully cared for exotic trees, shrubs and flowers. Perfect for an afternoon stroll. Enjoy walks along the promenade too, listen to the pacific ocean lap against the sand as you wander up to the Waikiki aquarium (10 mins relaxed walk), great fun and educational for all ages.
