Really great place to stay!

We only have the best things to say about our trip and stay. They really have everything-except an umbrella-but it could be that we just couldn’t find it? Washer and dryer in the unit is great and the complex is close to a lot of great restaurants.

Loved everything about this location except our GPS sent us past the actual entrance and then we located it because I was given a gate scan code so I knew to look for a gate access. We got to the gate and then couldn’t find the scanner. A man was out of his car so I asked him and he steered us to it. I see now that there is a sign but that sign wasn’t obvious for us new timers. We also had the pleasure of meeting some residents, Patricia and our neighbor Stu, they were so kind and welcoming. Just an overall friendly environment. Being able to walk to the local restaurant for dinner on the water was also very nice!

Thank you so much for the kind words and for the detailed feedback on the gate. The scanner can be easy to miss, especially if it's your first time staying at this complex. (It is located approximately 20 yards before the gate entrance on the right.) So glad you got to experience the neighborhood's friendliness firsthand and being able to walk to the waterfront restaurants is one of our favorite perks of this location too. We loved this condo. We would definitely rent this same unit again. The location is great and has a wonderful view. The pool area is very clean. The condo itself looks exactly as pictured on the VRBO listing. It was very clean and had absolutely anything you could possibly think of provided. Check in and check out were very simple. Another nice perk was that they had a washer & dryer right in the unit. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

We enjoyed the condo very much. It had everything that we needed and if it didn’t, the response was excellent with anything that we needed. The view is awesome and where it is located in the building is great. It is very close to the elevator and just a few steps away from the pool and parking. Thank you to the owners for such a nice condo!

Great Week!

We visited Marco to get married. The place was amazing!!! Very clean and looked just like the pictures. The king sized bed slept wonderfully. It was exceptionally cool for the weather to be so hot. The view was breathtaking. It was within 2 miles of great dinner spots. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condo

This place has absolutely everything you need for a great stay. It's spotless, well-furnished, well-stocked, and beautiful. And with views to die for. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. My wife and I can't wait for a return visit.

The property was as advertised, as far as location, walkability to a few restaurants. Cleanliness and everything we needed. We unfortunatly stopped at the store before going to condo and purchased items that were available. So we recomend going to condo 1st before purchases.

Riverside Club - Marco Island

The condo was excellent. The extras like beach chairs, umbrella, towels, wine, and popcorn were wonderful for our first trip to Marco Island. The condo is well equipped with everything you need, very spacious, and a tremendous view of the back bay. It was also a short walk to the Snook Inn for dinner and a drink as well as viewing the Borrowing Owls along Bald Eagle Drive. We highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in the area.

Very nice place!

I’m writing this review from the balcony’ of the condo. It’s a beautiful view of the bay on the east side of Marco Island. Nice to relax and enjoy the view as the boats cruise by. The condo was clean and had everything we needed from beach towels to silverware.

Relaxing Get Away

The condo was comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The club itself had a pool, hot tub, piers, and walkways. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing! Excellent communication by Itrip. We will be back!

Marvelous in Marco

Nice high floor unit with great view. Everything we needed could be found, beach chairs, spices, storage containers, coolies, pool towels and more. Nice welcome package greeted us. Very nice pool.

The location was good. The place was more like a motel. The WiFi kept going in and out, which was annoying. It’s good for the price. We didn’t really use the amenities so can’t speak to that

Condo was great, management was great.

We usually rent homes when we come to Marco but decided to try something different and go with a condo. It was great, view of the boats on marco river, condo was clean, and well stocked with all the amenities we needed, management was great. We met Kenny who owns the docks down at riverside, great guy. Island bike rental is right next door, close to snook and boardroom tavern (live music). We would definitely stay again!!

Can’t wait to return!

We always have a delightful experience when staying at the Riverside condos. While using the pool area we found the residents whether owners or other renters to be friendly and welcoming, Mark and his team from itrip provided updated, clean condos that are fully equipped with new beachy decor, furnishings, housewares, and many extras to make the experience easy. The king sized bed was comfortable with lovely linens. We found the boat activity viewed from the condo or porch area to be very entertaining. This is our third stay at Riverside, each time in a different lovely decorated condo.
