Unit 1, on the same property, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms that can be rented in conjunction with unit 2 for a total complex with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The second full sized bathroom is located in a separate room that is accessed by going outside, under a covered area, and then into the room that contains this bathroom.

Each of the TV's are Smart and have Xfinity Cable and there is 1 Gig speed Internet/Wi Fi at our home.

Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
