This modern, luxurious and charming gambrel-style cabin is set up with everything you need for a comfortable getaway! The Rock House is the perfect cabin for family and friends. Conveniently located within a short walk to Big Bear Snow Play, Big Bear Speedway, and Oktoberfest!

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 1000+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a decorative electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TV's, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, and movie collection. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

cute, clean space. we arrived late after midnight and the heater was broken, but the host replied immediately even during late hours and sent maintenance right away the next morning. we appreciate the quick response/fix!

Clean rooms, some spiders in the bathrooms, unfortunately check out info listed on the wall of cabin had conflicting info and the phone number i was instructed to text when checking out said it was no longer in use but the message would be forwarded and i would get a reply shortly never got a reply from cool cabins
