Great location on the water. Clean and well maintained property. Property manager answered any question immediately. Will definitely book again next time in SwFl.
My husband and I visited this home while we were househunting in the area. We absolutely loved the property as it was well-maintained and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed fishing from the dock as I had great luck the entire time I was there! We would definitely visit again.
We enjoyed our time here. The home upon arrival was quite pleasant. The pool area and grill were in need of a thorough cleanup. There was loose dead moss all amongst the pavers as well as weeds growing within the screen enclosure. cleaning the area up we enjoyed it
The property was amazing!! Exactly as described in the listing. The house had everything your could want. My only disappointment was the pool. The listing states the pool is heated, it was very cool to swim in. Would recommend this property to others.
We had a great stay at Hook, Wine & Sinker in Cape Coral. The home was very clean, the pool was nice, and the lanai was a lovely place to relax with coffee each morning. We also appreciated the extras like pool floaties, bikes, and kayaks, which made the stay even more enjoyable.A few small improvements would make the experience even better. Some of the outdoor furniture showed a little rust, which is understandable given the Florida weather. It would also be helpful to have clearer guidance on getting the kayaks in and out of the water, and to label the TV remotes to make things easier for guests. The main challenge was check-in. Communication came through an app and several different email senders, which made the process confusing and caused us to miss the entry code at first. We were also a little uncomfortable being asked to send a driver’s license photo when the messages were coming from multiple sources.Overall, this was a lovely place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
