Summary:
Adventure Trails is just a stones throw to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest and a short walk to the bars, cafes and shops in the Redwoods Centre. It's such a great spot for anyone wanting to be close to it all and walk or ride from home to explore the forest trails. This three bedroom townhouse has a large rumpus / storage area downstairs for bikes and toys as well as an internal access garage. Relax in the Spa Pool or chill out on the sun drenched deck - you will love it here.

The Space:
Upstairs, discover a bright and airy space featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a modern bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed, ensuring ample space for guests. Downstairs, you'll find a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, a convenient garage, a versatile rumpus room/storage area, and a relaxing patio area complete with a spa pool, perfect for unwinding. Enjoy the sunny deck on the top level and the courtyard with a spa pool on the ground level.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire townhouse, including the three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and outdoor spaces like the garden. Enjoy amenities such as the hot tub, BBQ grill, and free parking on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
Lynmore is the gateway to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest. You'll be walking distance to the forest along with a number of small eateries and a great bar at the Redwoods Centre.

Rotorua Airport (ROT) is conveniently located about a 10-minute drive from the townhouse. Public transportation is accessible with nearby bus stops providing routes throughout Rotorua. Disappointed that 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom was downstairs at the back of the garages.Clean enough. Had great kitchen facilities. No clothes dryer but great deck and a huge rack for drying clothes.

We enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well equipped, shops close by so easy to make meals. Beds comfy and a nice big shower. We used the hot tub daily after a bike, great to have . Was located near motion entertainment center and redwood forest (could walk to both).

The third bedroom was very detached from the rest of the house. It was located at the back of the garage downstairs which felt cold and uninviting. The house overall was a tired and good do with some updating for the price we paid. We were a little disappointed.

The house served our purpose well. The house itself was in immaculate condition and the spa was a real bonus. The location was excellent with the shops and Redwoods nearby. Thanks heaps. I will likely stay again

Rotorua stay

Great location, property was really good too. Some shelving for the downstairs bathroom, bedside tables with lamps for the room downstairs would be handy. I never got a reply about the barbecue, where was it? As mentioned by the personnel, please clean after use. Was looking forward to an evening barbecue for the family. Other than that, highly recommended. Great walking tracks close by, restaurants, cafes next door. Lake not far from accommodation.

Great spot

I stayed with 2 friends. We all had our own rooms. One room is downstairs through the internal carpeted garage. It has its own bathroom so no need to go to the bathroom upstairs. The room near the kitchen has no windows only a skylight. My friend had to wear a sleep mask because the light coming through from the moon or street lights kept her awake the first night. The location is great. A pub and cafe across the road. Shops next door. The redwood forest a short walk away. The lounge is comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed.
