Located in the quiet area of Geographe, 1 street from the beautiful Geographe Bay beach, 1 street from the local shops - this new build, architecturally designed 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with polished concrete floors throughout, has everything you need for you, your family and friends.

The property has a separate and secluded master suite with Queen bed and large ensuite bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a 4th bedroom with a triple bunk located at the rear of the house away from the master suite and the family bathroom has a separate bath and shower.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining is large enough for everyone to enjoy, as well as a well appointed kitchen with stone benches, chefs cooker and dishwasher. Off from the kitchen is the butlers pantry with the laundry that has both a washer and dryer.

Tranquil Retreat has the addition of a separate theatre room as well as a study with desk space and free fast speed WiFi.

Outside area has kids play area as well as furniture which is directly off from the main living area of the house.
