Beautiful home featuring stunning views of Mount Washington! Nestled deep in the woods this home is just minutes from the highway. Close to local attractions including bars and restaurants, skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, fishing and shopping! This location has something for the whole family. Only 20 minutes to Bretton Woods!

An open concept layout with a large kitchen, cozy dining area, and great living room with cathedral ceilings will make you feel at home. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a beautiful wood burning fireplace on each level. In the master bedroom you will wake up to mountain views through the large slider. Step out onto the sizable deck which is great for cookouts. Downstairs is another spacious family room with french doors overlooking the large yard. There is another bedroom and a full bath with a large walk in shower.

Great family getaway

My family and dog had a wonderful time at this house. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room and a big back yard for the kids and dog to play. Great location right off the interstate and close to lots of restaurants/ attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Secluded & cozy

This home has amazing views with a view of the top of Mt Washington on a clear day. Cozy & clean with lots of room for our family to spread out upstairs and down. We give this home & Kayla the host a 5star rating as we would love to book this home for a future visit❤️

Lovely property

Very nice house with room to spread out. Clearly the house has been recently updated. Very nice kitchen and living room upstairs. The view is stunning. Bring your own water!! Water was an off color even after running it for a while. We bought our drinking water. Also, the downstairs TV didnt work no matter what we tried.

Perfect Base Camp for Winter Adventure

The house was perfect for our long weekend trip of 4 people and dogs. The ground level floor had 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, living/TV room, and a bedroom. This floor was at the same level as the driveway, which was convenient to bring in groceries and luggage. Downstairs was a spacious area with a full bathroom and several beds for us to spread out. Super close drive (5 min) from several great restaurants in the area. We could see Mt. Washington from the back patio! Sand was provided and used on the driveway since it was a little snowy/icy. Would book this house again if we visit next year!

Better than the photos

We had a very good stay for an extended skiing weekend. The location was very convenient to Bretton Woods, and the house itself was very comfortable and spacious. We would stay again without a question.

R&R at an up-to-date home in a lovely neighborhood.

Easy to reserve. Just what we were seeking. A lovely home that allows dogs let us have a cozy family getaway long weekend. Location is perfect. Quiet, nice neighborhood with mountain views that are incredible. Yet one is 6 minutes from the Starbucks in Littleton!

Beautiful views

The house was clean and had all the supplies you will need. Beautiful views from the large back deck and so much do do in the area. Great host, will definitely go back. We stay in brbos quote frequently and this was one of my favorites.

Perfect February Getaway

Just wrapped up our family getaway here and have to say that we can’t wait to return. Property has a wonderful private yard with expansive views of the mountains as the backdrop. House well equipped with everything necessary for a home away from home. Driveway large enough to accommodate both our vehicles with trailers. Excellent dining nearby ( Little Grille, Rek lis, Alburritos & Crumb Bum to name a few ). Gas station 1 minute up the street and easy/close access to highway. Kayla was very responsive and helpful with any questions. This location was a wonderful change from the busy Woodstock/Lincoln area that usually Winter vacation in. The Bethlehem/Littleton area exceeded our expectations. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Perfect location, great views

Loved it - great location close to everything but feels secluded. Amazing views, a helpful, responsive owner. Everything was clean and ready to go. Grateful everything was dog friendly, they thoroughly enjoyed the yard and laying by the wood stove! Will definitely consider coming back, maybe with friends - almost too much space for 2 people and 2 dogs, we didn't go into the basement at all. My only tiny suggestion is a light out back, maybe behind the garage, for those late night potty breaks.

Excellent location- beautiful!

Cozy, Functional House with GORGEOUS Views!

We were very impressed with Kayla's house. It was cozy and functional. The beds were the most comfortable short term rental beds we've experienced - not just someone's old spring mattress. The house had plenty of space, super dog friendly and you really can't beat the views! We spent a lot of time on the deck just taking in the fall foliage and views of some of the higher White Mountain peaks. The house is also convenient to center Bethlehem, Littleton, and Franconia. Just a few minutes to each. The yard is huge and well cared for. You just have to share with the local wildlife as we had daily bear scat (never saw them). We also saw a few deer in the mornings. We would definitely rent this property again - no question.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay in the area! Great location to hiking, breweries & stores. Liked that it was a dog friendly house since our 2 border collies travel with us. Only suggestion is to maybe add additional outdoor lighting for those late night/early morning trips outside with the dogs. We did see a small black bear in the backyard our first night there! Easy communication with the host when I would text questions- quick replies. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was a perfect fit for 2 families of 4 and 2 pups. Very spacious with lots of windows, a big deck and gorgeous views of the mountains! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook as well as basic cleaning items but you do need to purchase all your own perishables. Beds were super comfy and the showers had good water pressure. A Roku TV, tons of firewood and a great selection of board games for the family were available as well. The yard is huge with plenty of land for the dogs and kiddos to run around. It is quite secluded with a few houses across the street but very quiet. Just dont mind sharing the yard with the local wildlife, including a bear and a porcupine. The basement is massive with two sleeping rooms and another queen bed in the entertainment room. There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. It was a perfect space for the kiddos to hang out while the adults relaxed upstairs. The only complaints we had was (1) there is a bit of a musty smell throughout the downstairs area but it is a basement and the kids didn't seem to mind it at all. and (2) the deck and outside furniture could use an update at some point but were useable - we spent a ton of time out there as the weather was amazing. Kayla, the owner, is very attentive and welcoming. Overall, the house is a great place for families in a perfect location. It is alite ni so right in the middle of all the attractions right off 302 so you can get to Lincoln, Franconia and North Conway with ease. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful house for an extended family
