We had a great stay at this lovely home. The location is fantastic, and the property is beautifully styled and presented. Definitely recommend for anyone

Not a good experience

When we returned to the property Saturday evening after spending the whole day outside in Clare, we figured out that there was no hot water. We haven't used hot water for the whole day until evening. Tried to contact the manager around 8.30 pm but there response from them until past midnight. Since there was no repones we had to abandon our holiday and head home as there was no way to take showers and children were needing to go to bed. Also dishwasher was not working and was switched off from the outlet. This meant the property manager knew that it was broken but chose not to inform the guests. Tried to contact the manager through text on a number given on the booklet but there was no response. After returning home we informed Stayz the sequence of events but they were very unhelpful and dismissive.I would definitely not recommend this property to any of my friends or colleagues. This is the worst experience we had compared to all the places we had stayed over the last 15 years.
