Very attentive & friendly host. Responses to our questions/concerns were always promptly addressed. Responded quickly & never hesitated to actually come out to assist us when needed. We enjoyed our time there. The apartment was very clean and orderly and well equipped.
Suggestions:
* It should be made clear, prior to booking/in the description that it is a top floor walk up apartment (no elevator access) and thereby NOT handicap accessible and may not be appropriate for those that have any health/mobility limitations.
* Parking: The parking is challenging and quite tight for a sedan let alone a minivan. We winded up parking on the street afterwards for the rest of our stay. Street parking in the area is quite restrictive and sparse.
* Glass sliding door locks leading to the outdoor spaces DID NOT WORK. The doors, at least, had a back up/extra locking feature which we had to use. This DOES NOT replace the need for the actual locks to be in functioning condition. The back up system/pole should be an added security measure and NOT the only way to lock the doors.
* Pool was listed-Do not know where it is located.
* Highly suggest having an instruction manual/guide sheet stating such things as how to operate the front door code/lock system, sliding doors, AC, TV (which only has Youtube)house rules. and any thing else that may make your guests' stay comfortable. It should also give guidance on: pool, street parking, local spots of interest
