This 1/2 km long stretch of beach is fo exclusive use of the home owners in the gated community. Shallow water approach is ideal for small children
Enjoy outings on 2 SUPs and 2 kayaks, swimming in warm lake Erie and sunset walks on a 2.5 km long Crystal Beach.

I am a designer, retired, and the beach house reflects my sensibility, Crystal Beach with Crystal, clear decor, beachy, and not a place for rambunctiousness. Indoor outdoor is serene and sunny.
Why they chose this property
behind the forest& Hill down to the main but quaint beach town small town street is everything you need. Pizza place ice cream places, a gym, cafés, bars, pastry shop, all within a short walk from the Cotttage and a cute Walk.
What makes this property unique
like your is unique, it’s a massive lake, but super shallow so it heats up very quickly, and the waves are gentle. The sand is white no seaweed no seashells just crystal clear waters hence the name. The beach is often deserted as it’s a private gated community and there’s no riffraff and lots of parties or noise. A very secluded outlook, all you see is the water, the sand and the beautiful sky and sunset.
