Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a reverse cycle air conditioner and an ensuite, bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and bedroom 3, has 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower, separate toilet and a modern laundry with a front-end washing machine and a clothes dryer.

There is an open plan, kitchen, dining and living area. A modern kitchen with fridge, 5 burner gas top with large electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils, saucepans, cutlery and crockery plus more. In the living area there is a reverse cycle air conditioner, large smart TV with sliding doors leading to the outdoor entertaining area. There is a separate comfortable media room with a smart TV. WiFi is connected.

An outdoor entertaining area at the back of the house with an outdoor setting and a BBQ. The back area is fully fenced and dog proof. The back area could house a boat.

A great home to come and enjoy the beach and the area with everything you require. linen and towels are not provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

LINEN: Sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own or if you would like to hire linen, please let Dianne the holiday rental manager and this is invoiced separately for payment. During the Moto GP the linen is provided only.

BOND: A $400 bond is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

- There is 7.5% State government short term levy collected at time of booking. This is added to the total accommodation including the cleaning fee.
