"Sunshine On The Water" Absolute Waterfront & Jetty. Paradise at your doorstep.
A waterfront property, facing north, it is a great place to stay any time of the year and wind down. Cool in Summer and warm in Winter with 180-degree lake views. Quiet & peaceful, do everything or do nothing.
It has absolute deep-water frontage with a jetty to fish off or tie your boat off. Such a great spot for early morning stand-up paddle board excursion or kayak adventure. The point is such a great spot for swimming and fishing as well. There is a boat ramp located 400 metres at the end of the street.
The space
The front yard (roadside) is fully fenced. Consists of a grassed area, clothesline, garden and BBQ. It has a double car port which has a caravan on one side of the carport. A path from the carport leads you to the side entry of the 3 bedroom very spacious house which nestles on a waterfront (backyard) which has a grassed area and concrete ramp to the lake.
Guest access
All of the house is yours except a boatshed that is underneath the house. A caravan (storage purposes only) is residing in half of the double carport.
Other things to note
BYO standup paddle board or kayak. Don't forget the fishing rod as it is a great fishing spot.

On check out please make sure all windows are closed, doors locked, lights and heating off.

Return keys to the lock box using the same code as you used to check in. Scramble the numbers and close the flap.

I grew up on the lake and lived there for over 40 years and have enjoyed fishing, water skiing, water crafts and sailing. I love being a host a giving an experience similar to my childhood.
Why they chose this property
I love Sunshine, especially this house. It has been in the family since 1983. So yes I have the passion to share this & give you an experience of your lifetime.
What makes this property unique
Waterfront at your doorstep that is clean for swimming. Fish off the jetty and water sports. You can tie your boat from the jetty to the front of the shoreline bollards.
