This home is a 3-story walk-up with no elevator access. Located on the ground floor is the main entrance, garage, and one-bedroom suite with direct access to the pool. The second floor includes the living area, kitchen, half bathroom, balcony with outdoor stairs to the pool, and primary bedroom suite. The third floor has an additional bedroom suite.

Our coastal marshlands are home to hundreds of species of rare and endangered animals and are also a hotspot for migrating birds and ocean life. Birders and ecotourists from all over the world have South Padre Island on their bucket list. Getting around here is easy, too: The Island Metro is FREE! There truly is something for everyone on South Padre Island.
