This is a big beautiful home. It’s actually three separate units in one building and a fourth unit behind. The accommodations were lovely. A short walk across south Fletcher to get to the beach. Conveniently located at the north end of Amelia Island close to downtown Fernandina.

Our family of three generations had a great stay here! Everything was clean and comfortable. We used the grill and fire pit, and a beach access is nearby. This property is made up of three separate units which gave us room to spread out. One unit has an elevator which was greatly appreciated. We had some minor maintenance issues which were addressed immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property. Clean. Very large! Parking area and storage are a plus. Basically across the street from a beach access point that is not crowded at all.

Small issues which were just aggravating. Day 1 no hot water, Friday and Saturday the fire alarm would go off once, just enough to wake everyone up. Sadly, no one could come and look at it so we just had to deal with it. Property is very nice, just need to work the kinks out.
