'Questa' cottage is a historic 'gem' and has been restored and updated to modern standards, in keeping with its nostalgic original character. There's even a gorgeous piano in the lounge-room! This is the perfect home or getaway for a family or a group of friends!

This comfortable two-bedroom home has an open plan living/dining with large quality double-glazed doors that bring the outside in and extend entertaining areas to a generous cleverly crafted deck. The Tasmanian Oak decking wraps the cottage perfectly to appreciate the natural surroundings and constant changing moods across the water.

The Master bedroom with a sea view houses a queen bed with a Koala mattress and an amazing 1800's patchwork quilt! The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. Please note, the bedrooms do not have curtains so please bring eye masks if you need them.

The bathroom is clean and tidy and offers a shower, bath and toilet.

A feeling of relaxation resonates throughout the cottage and gardens, whether soaking up the views from the bath or feeling as if your bed is over the water while enjoying the sunsets. The property's serene location is ideally ten minutes from the welcoming seaside village of Dennes Point and less than a fifteen-minute drive to the ferry terminal at Roberts Point!
