The house was nicely updated, clean, and well equipped. Private enclosed backyard. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to many stores, golf courses, restaurants, and Siesta Key. The host responded quickly to requests. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.

Great location

Property was great except that repair work done shortly before my arrival. Had to deal with the smell of drying joint compound for the first week of the stay while airing out the house.

Dear William, We are surprised such a low rating since you said the place is great. There was patchwork that needed to be done. It was more imperative for us to patch the wall versus leaving it open. The smell didn’t linger longer than a day. You reported the issue and said you will leave the windows open to air out. If it didn’t dissipate, you would let us know. We didn’t hear anything else regarding it and you were there for many weeks. We are happy that you enjoyed the place otherwise. We are just sadden to get a 3 star review for an issue that was easily resolved. Best Regards, Anh, iTrip Sarasota and Venice

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

Stayed here with my wife l, sister and brother-in-law. The house always perfect and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies we needed for a full thanksgiving dinner (every spice you could need). Great location under 10 minutes to amazing beaches and walking distance to Phillippi Estate Park which we walked to every morning. Also 10 minutes away from the Legacy Trail which was a great place to ride bikes and run. My wife stayed an extra week to work from the home and focus on her grad school finals. The house was spotless and the bathroom showers were amazing. We will definitely be back!

Perfect

Perfect little home, clean, well set up, and arranged with attention to detail. Well organized kitchen with any pots or utensils you may wish (even a set of high quality spices by Simply Organic!). Management very helpful and responsive. Even replaced our beach umbrella! We very muvh appreciated beach equipment, incl.lounge chairs and boogie boards. Fantastic, pleasant, and responsive management. Thank you! We had a great time.

Poor check in/booking process

Was barely able to book. The property management company even took it as far as to question the legitimacy of our company even when all required documentation was provided. Won’t book another property managed by this company again.

Dear Andy, Per our security policy which is noted in the rental agreement, guests that book last minute are required to verify their cc and identity. This is our defense against fraudulent bookings. This is to protect both us and the cardholder. Much like hotels, guests are required to check in with the cc used and ID. This booking had a fraud alert from our credit card processor as well so please forgive us if we were vigilant.
