Wonderful property! A little drive from campus, but worth it. Incredibly clean and filled with thoughtful touches.

Outstanding stay at this charming duplex. Extremely clean and quiet atmosphere. Hosts, Rick and Joan, were very accommodating and friendly. Close to UGA for a weekend of Georgia football. We highly recommend this place for others to book.

From the owner: "Thank you for your kind review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to the opportunity to host you again."
The suite was immaculate and cozy, nestled away so it was nice and quiet. The owners were super sweet and communicative throughout the stay. We arrived and were gifted with their local honey from the hives on site, farm fresh eggs from their cute chickens in the backyard, coffee, snacks, and water. It was very generous. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. We will be back again!

Thank you for your lovely review of our place. It was very kind. We were so happy to host you and appreciate how clean you left our place. We hope to host you again soon!
A busy graduation week in Athens is a perfect pairing with this quiet country cottage. We were impressed with how well supplied and well decorated the place is. Every comfort is considered. One of the nicest VRBO stays in quite awhile. Literally a breath of fresh air and sunshine!

Shared from the owner:"Debra, thank you so much for your review. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and hope you will stay with us the next time you travel to the Athens area. You were great guests who left our home in great condition. We enjoyed hosting you. Thanks for staying,"
The place could not have been cleaner or better stocked. The hosts thought of everything. They even left fresh eggs from their hens and honey from their bees as gifts for us. Very comfortable bed (sleep number). Have zero complaints. Just wish it were closer to the main campus, but then it would be 5x add expensive!! I highly recommend.

Thank you Karen for your kind review. Our goal is to make our place a comfortable home away from home so we are so happy to know you were comfortable and enjoyed your stay. Twelve miles of country roads can seem a little far away when you don’t travel them often but we hope you found it to be a little retreat from the busy city. We hope to welcome you back again. Thank you for being great guests and leaving our place so clean.
I stayed for two nights in this great duplex. It is well appointed, clean, clearly the hosts gave attention to details that make you feel at home. The hosts were so welcoming; we really enjoyed the fresh eggs and honey. It was an easy drive to UGA so I could easily visit my son. Highly recommend and I’m looking forward to returning.

We were thrilled when we stepped into this charming apartment. Everything was top notch. The owner communication was prompt, helpful and accommodating. The modern kitchen, the spotless bathroom, the comfortable bed. All in a sweet country setting. We loved the private screened porch. Don’t hesitate to book this gem! We’ll be back!

So cute!
What a great place to stay while visiting our daughter at UGA! The University/downtown Athens was approximately 10 minutes away. Super cute decor and stocked with all the comforts of home. Chickens in the backyard. Screened in porch to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our hosts were fantastic at communicating quickly. Farm fresh eggs in the fridge, snacks, cold water bottles and honey from their hives upon arrival. Everything was very clean, the sleep number bed and pillows were amazing, towels were plush and plentiful. Appreciate you!
