Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great and the property is beautiful. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to stay here. We had a small hiccup at check-in but they took care of it very quickly.

Mini beach vacation

Condo was decent, nice location as well. Was kind of disappointed that we were almost charged for wristbands for then amenities, our condo's dryer didnt work so it was a bit of a inconvenience.

Lovely place right next to the beach!

We had an amazing time in this condo, definitely one of the best I have stay on the Island! Highly recommended! We will come back to this lovely place for sure! I will add a big table with more chairs and a big comfy sofa just for everyone to eat together and enjoy the after dinner time but that will be all! And our Host was the best! She was all the time available for us! Thank you! Charleen ❤️

The property location was fantastic and the condo was quite large but it was not a good stay overall. When we arrived we found that the floors were dirty. There was sand and dog fur on the floors and the living room didn’t have near enough seating for the amount of beds the condo is advertised to accommodate. Two of the chairs at the table were broken so we were nervous to sit in them. The bedding was not what was shown in the pictures but was actually a scratchy very cheap polyester fabric. We then discovered the next day that there was no dishwasher or even soap to wash the dishes. The site manager had some delivered after I asked though. There were not enough towels for 6 people to use over 3 nights and there was no laundry soap to use the washing machine in the unit. The blinds in the bedroom were small so the insanely bright lights outside them made it quite difficult to sleep. Overall it was not what we expected and quite disappointing.

Spi Family Trip

Our overall stay was great! The location of the condo was perfect with access to the pool, beach and parking lot centralized. This was our 2 year's old first trip to the beach and he loved every moment of it. There were only 2 hiccups that we just made the best of. There was no hot water in the kitchen, we tried every which way to make the hot water come on but the best we could get was what felt like room temperature water. The rest of the bathrooms had great hot water it was just the kitchen, so washing dishes was cumbersome with filling one of my son's sand buckets with hot water from one of the showers to do dishes. We also didn't know there was building construction going on around the property and right outside our condo, which made sleeping in non existent and scaring/startling my sleeping 2 year old with loud buzz saws cutting wood, hammering on metal and the workers playing loud music next to our window. Its understandable construction happens just a heads up before would have been appreciated. Everything else was again great, we would definitely stay on the property again and hope to come next summer. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to have a bigger or a over sized family couch. We weren't able to really relax on the couch after a long beach day.
