Great, Relaxing Getaway

The house was in great condition and well furnished. It was a perfect place for our family getaway and visit to Ithaca. Easy access to campus and downtown and a great setup for the dog. Quiet, off the beaten path, and yet very comfortable with nice amenities. A great stay!

Excellent accommodations

Everything about this house was perfect. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. My extended family stayed here for my son’s upcoming wedding in the area and we had such a lovely time hanging out in the spacious rooms and patio. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time at Randy's home! It was well outfitted, in a lovely location, with lots of visitor resources like guides and tips. We were a family of 9, including two kids under 4. The house was welcoming and practical for all of us and our diverse interests; watching tv, getting some work done, playing outside, sharing meals, and so on. A perfect distance from Ithaca, less than 10 minutes drive from downtown. Nice to have our own secluded little space!

The house & grounds are beautiful, 5 minutes trip to the commons, the house is fully equipped with everything. We were there with 8 for graduation at IC and there was room to spare. The host is super communicative and just a really nice guy. Wish we had known about this place 2 years sooner for those family weekends alas my son has graduated but at least we got the chance to enjoy it for our last stay!!

Enough room for all

Beautiful house with great views. We utilized the hot tub and the fire pit. Had initial issues with the keypad lock and getting the hot tub running but was resolved with great communication with the lister. The patio could use with a good cleanup and a few more seats.Overall a great stay! I would stay here again if I visited Ithaca again.

Great home base

Clean, well-appointed and family-friendly, this was a perfect spot for our trip to Ithaca. We enjoyed being close to everywhere we needed to go, but having plenty of privacy and space as well. Communication before, during and after the trip was excellent. Highly recommend

Amazing Ithaca Getaway

This house is beyond gorgeous. It's spacious and beautifully decorated. The back patio and master balcony provide lovely views of Ithaca. The kitchen is outstanding with a giant island and all the kitchen items you need. The property manager was responsive and super helpful before and during our stay. The location is nice - just far out enough for some peace but close enough to get to The Commons in about 8 minutes. This was the perfect setting for our college reunion. Thank you!!

The property and the house were amazing. Lots of good communication prior to arrival ensured check in went very smoothly. It’s a fantastic house with lots of very nice upgrades, very nicely furnished. The views were great and things like the hot tub and fire pit made for a terrific family weekend trip for a wedding.

Ithaca College Graduation

This place was perfect! The location is very close to campus. We had lots of family coming in and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is huge and the property is gorgeous. Bring extra towels, the ones supplied are limited and on the small size and there are no extras for the hot tub! We had a fabulous stay and I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and spacious Ithaca home

Perfect for our family gathering, the house was both close to Ithaca while also feeling peaceful and secluded. We received a warm welcoming email from the homeowner that provided all the information we needed pertaining to the house and surrounding area. The house is well appointed and the rooms worked perfectly for our group. The large dining table was an excellent size for us to enjoy meals together. While we enjoyed the lovely views during the day, since there is little light pollution, we were also treated to some beautiful star gazing at night. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous house! We visited nearby family during an extremely cold, snowy weekend in January, and were welcomed to a freshly plowed driveway, a cozy warm house (with fireplace!) and even a hot tub to battle the freezing night air. The house was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with plenty of whimsy. We especially like the pillow with a whale and a cat in the upstairs living room. :) All of the bedrooms are inviting, and this would be a great place to stay with extended family. We were able to invite my parents over for dinner and found everything we needed to cook a meal. The majestic dining room table was especially nice for this event. It was also nice to be able to bring our two dogs, who are getting too old to leave at a kennel. They loved looking out the big sliding glass door in the kitchen. Aside from the kitchen, which is perfect, I think my favorite part of this house is the master bedroom. It's huge, with a generous walk-in closet, and has big windows on two walls with breathtaking views of the countryside and Ithaca in the distance. The attached bathroom has the most spectacular tub I've ever seen, and a lovely shower. My only complaint with this place is that we weren't able to stay longer. It's a treasure, and I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Missing amenities

House was beautiful, location was great. The reason we booked house was for hot tube and cozy fireplace and neither worked. Asked contact about a discount of some sort and the response was you got a 5 bedroom house for a good deal. First night it was just my husband and I, second night one more couple. We did not book for size of house. So contact person was "not" respecting that there advertised amenities were not working.
