This home offers the perfect location for it all! You are just 13 minutes away from the gorgeous white sands of Anna Maria Island and just 15 minutes from magnificent Bridge Street, where you will find restaurants and shopping galore.

As you step inside, you'll be immediately impressed by the home's spacious and airy layout. There is the first living room that has two plush couches and plenty of space to unwind. The open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light from the French Doors and features chic furnishings, and tasteful decor that perfectly captures the relaxed Florida lifestyle.

Outside, you'll find your own private oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, a spacious sun deck, and a patio area perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining. Surrounded by lush landscaping and swaying palms, you'll feel like you're in your own little slice of paradise.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with all the appliances you could need, ample counter space, and all the tools you need to whip up delicious meals for family and friends.

The home's three bedrooms are all beautifully appointed and provide plenty of space to unwind after a day in the sun. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, and has aa large attached bathroom that is spa-inspired. The primary bathroom has a beautiful vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed a couch to relax after a day at the beach.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

Great pool and location. Had trouble getting them to deliver more than 5 washcloths for us to use in bathing. Wouldn't been too much of a problem but we had no dryer. Had to wash and hang everything to dry.

Tropical paradise short drive to beach

Great location. Short easy drive to Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach. Large, deep, heated private pool with tropical vibe, landscaping and trees. Clean, good sized home has everything the family needs. Only minus, couldn’t get hot water in showers. Family fun in the sun. Hope to stay again soon.

The pool was the most redeeming quality of our stay. The cottage cute, multi level house needs a good deep cleaning. The kitchen was the most offensive part because there was an unidentified odor that could not be mitigated after 4 professionals tried. Maybe a cabinet rehab would be in order. If that was addressed we would consider staying there again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. Last year the dishes were dirty in cabinets and the roof leaked. This year they had a dryer repair man come out twice in which it only would dry one load and then not work anymore after the repair. And the roof still has abad leak above the mantle. I had to fork out a pretty good bit of my personal money on something that was listed in the property details as a working appliance. We were at the laundry mat every day if not every other day to dry clothes. This was a huge inconvenience and not sure if we would stay again due to these issues

I've stayed in several rentals over the years and this seemed to be average. There are pros and cons to 7th Heaven. Pros: great location, large sized pool, A/C worked great, plenty of space for 6 people Cons: loud creeky floors, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms(make sure you bring some), no cable/roku box in 3rd bedroom, beds aren't the most comfortable and the bed pillows need an upgrade All in all it was a great vacation and we made the best of it. The house could use a little TLC though. I understand the pool isn't covered which creates debree at the bottom in which pool service should come more frequently.

Don’t Stay Here When the Weather is Cold

The weather for our January stay was mostly in the 50s and 60s. The temperature in the part of the house with two en-suite baths was cold, around 60. After 12 days of our 14-day stay, and two service calls to replace a part in the heating system, we were told it was a “house” problem—which was further explained that there was no insulation in that part of the house. It’s a shame because is was very nicely updated. We had to tell our guests not to come. At first we were told they would see about some compensation for us, but then told no compensation was coming because it was a “house” issue. They said we couldn’t have a space heater, then finally dropped if off for our last two nights.

Great Property but Roaches

The location of the house was great. VEry convenient to shops, dining and the beach. The house had everything we needed. The outside area with the pool was gorgeous, great landscaping, the pool was fantastic and the outside sitting area great. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and werde recently updated (unfortunately, the water pressure wasn't great in that bathroom so that we couldn't enjoy the rain shower head). The only bad thing - and boy was it bad - were the roaches. When we arrived we found six dead roaches. I contacted the property management company and told them about it and they told me that they had fumigated prior to our arrival. Apparently, they had cleaned before they fumigated. I was worried about the fumigation, because we had our dog with us, but the the pest control person who the management company contacted, told us that it was safe for dogs. The pest control person came again the next day, fumigated again, but we kept seeing new dead and half-dead roaches throughout our entire stay. I'm so sad about that, because the house really was lovely, but I doubt that I'd want to stay there again, unless they get the roach issue under control.

Florida Sunshine in an Urban Setting

The house was clean and well maintained. The yard and vegetation in it could have used some more care. I had requested that the pool be heated. This was not turned on when I arrived, so I had to contact management which responded in a timely fashion. There are a number of trees around the pool and leaves get in the pool. I swept up leaves, cleaned out the filter and skimmed the pool almost daily to keep it clean. Pool service should come more often so that guests do not have to do this. Leaves should be raked up so they do not get in the pool. The stand for the patio umbrella was rusted so that I could not use it if there was any wind. The stand should be replaced and a table provided to give it more stability. This is the only way of providing shade around the pool. I swept up about a dozen, mostly dead, of what I was told were Palmetto bugs in the kitchen and dining room. I asked management about this and if additional exterminator service was needed. I received a boilerplate response (maybe AI) saying that these were common in Florida and impossible to fully eliminate. I enjoyed my stay overall with these concerns. I would have liked to have had a usable patio umbrella as I spent a good deal of time outside by the pool but I did not want to be in the sun all the time. The house is on the corner of a very busy 59th Street with some noise from traffic from people hauling their boats to the nearby river.

I was disappointed by the lack of basic supplies during our week-long stay. Only two pods were provided for both the washing machine and dishwasher, which was insufficient, and we did not expect to spend part of our vacation washing dishes by hand. The grill was unusable due to an empty propane tank, and each bathroom was stocked with just two rolls of toilet paper—ours was even missing some.Additionally, the couches were cleaned during our stay without prior notice, leaving them wet and unusable for most of the day. Beach amenities were minimal, limited to an oversized cooler. The mattress in the third bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, and the master bathroom had several issues, including barely warm water in the shower and a very slow-filling bathtub that took approximately 40 minutes to reach halfway.While there were cooking utensils available, there were no basic pantry items typically provided in similar rentals, such as salt and pepper.Given the price, this stay did not meet expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.On a positive note, the neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, and the location was convenient—within reasonable driving distance to Anna Maria Island and about 35–40 minutes from Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota. The outdoor pool was acceptable, though it required cleaning after rainfall.
